Visitors travel to Eureka Springs and northwest Arkansas for many reasons, but much of what attracts guests to the area is the natural beauty. As the name implies, this home has a million dollar view. Look out the back window or cast your eyes from anywhere on the three-level deck, and your jaw will drop at the vista. Mountains rise in the distance; your eyes follow the rise and fall of the landscape; colorful foliage is everywhere.

Let nature put on a show for you and watch it change from day to night, from season to season. This property overlooks seven miles of scenic and breathtaking beauty. It is less than four miles from downtown Eureka Springs and is an hour or less from Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Branson. Beaver Lake is fifteen minutes away.

This home in Eureka Springs will easily sleep twelve with its three bedrooms and rec room. Enter through the welcoming glass atrium at the front of the house. With its high ceiling, totally glass structure and tile floor, it gives guests a place to collect their thoughts and belongings before entering or exiting the house. Once through the atrium, you are drawn to the huge living room with its 60-inch big screen television, seating for six to eight and enough floor space to accommodate many more.

This room will be one of the favorite gathering spots on the property, plus it affords access to the upper level of the outdoor deck. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and share a bath that has a combination shower/tub. The master bedroom suite also has a queen bed and comes with a large television, lots of space, a whirlpool tub accented with beautiful wood and tile and windows looking to the outside. There is also a two-sink vanity, walk-in shower and access to a private deck just off the tub.

Also on the main level you will find the open kitchen which is separated from the dining room by a wide island which can be used as a serving area for meals or a place for additional diners to perch on a stool and enjoy some fine eating. Just off the other side of the kitchen is an intimate breakfast nook with windows looking onto the spectacular view. The dining room will easily seat six as will the breakfast nook, and the island counter has four stools.

Descend to the lower level of the house and discover the space that serves as a rec room during the day and into the evening, then becomes additional sleeping quarters when its three futons are folded out. You will find a large home theatre system, fireplace, bar area and full bath with combination shower/tub. This room offers gorgeous views of the countryside and leads onto the middle of the three deck levels.

Million Dollar View offers two grills (one gas, one charcoal) and garage access. It is also available for one-night parties and gatherings.

Guests of this property have privileges at the two Holiday Island golf courses (discount green fees available to guests) as well as access to the recreation center and marina. Holiday Island is only five miles north of Eureka Springs.
