Tropical, two-bedroom, two-bath stilt home on an ocean-side boating canal minutes from open water. This retreat, only 25 miles from the excitement and fun of Key West, is in the quiet and serene neighborhood of Breezeswept Beach Estates. Close to Bahia Honda State Park and Looe Key Marine Sanctuary. Perfect for fishermen, divers, and snorkelers. Excellent atmosphere for quiet relaxation with family and friends. After a day on the water, shower in the outside shower, kick back on the hammock, and relax!

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a set of single bunk beds, and an adjoining bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed with the second bath just down the hall. Two single cots are available, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa in the den.

There is a large locking storage area underneath the house to store fishing and dive equipment. Also for your convenience there is a bait freezer and beverage refrigerator downstairs.
