Beach Monkey is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation home with a heated enclosed pool, covered lanai, and privacy fence as well as a child safety fence. You can walk to Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom. A queen and twin in the spare room, and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. Beach Monkey sleeps six to eight. Shopping, dining, and movies are all within minutes of this lovely villa. We include a Park Pass to Delnor-Wiggins State Park on the beach. This allows you to enter and park for free at the beach.
Beach Monkey will help you escape to sun and fun. You can relax by the private heated pool, breakfast in the lanai, enjoy the butterfly garden, the flowers, and the Queen Palms that make this home your very own tropical garden. If you can tear yourself away, there are many wonderful experiences waiting for you at nearby Vanderbilt Beach. Enjoy a day at the beach, walk along the white sands, look for the dolphins who are often seen along the shore, swim, shell, or enjoy the sun. There are water sports nearby, and a sunset cruise for those in search of a romantic evening. Our stay went well, thank you. The location was superb so we did a lot of walking and cycling and we enjoyed the pool everyday. I'm glad I chose the pool with southern exposure. It made all days warm.

We all enjoyed Beach Monkey immensely. Because the weather was quite cool & windy we especially enjoyed the heated pool. Larry is the nicest guy...Before heading to the airport we drove around to take a look at some of your other properties and they all look terrific. We'd love to stay with you again.

Our 2nd stay at the Beach Monkey was just as fabulous as the first! This house is just so wonderful and cozy. It makes you want to stay forever. The hosts are amazing. They make sure you have everything you could possibly need. I'm sure we will be back next year for a 3rd year in a row!

We loved the Beach Monkey! Whether is was sitting beside the pool, shell hunting at Delnor-Wiggins, watching a sunset at the Ritz Carlton, everything was just grand! I never dreamed how relaxing and wonderful a vacation this could be. By far, the Beach Monkey is the nicest vacation spot I've ever been to. What a relaxing weekend! As far as I can tell, the Beach Monkey is the gold standard in rental properties. It was great spending time with family and friends. The next time we do this, it will certainly be for more than 4 days.
