After the hustle and bustle on the beaches and the streets of Daytona and Ormond by the Sea, come home to this beautiful quaint get away for a little relaxation. Situated at the end of a dead end road right upon the Tomoka River you will find this jewel of a home. Right from your screened in lanai or inside from the living room you can enjoy the playful manatee milling around or perhaps a passing gator and the mullet are always jumping.

Feel free to drop a line in and try your luck at fishing. Perhaps a cocktail and a good book on the waters edge would be just the thing? Don’t forget about the abundance of birds hanging around, it’s not unusual to see a large Blue Heron strutting around your back yard as if he owns the place.

Inside you are sure to notice the special attention to detail in this exquisitely decorated home. The first thing to catch your eye will be the polished terrazzo marble floors throughout. The kitchen appliances and cabinets are all brand new from top to bottom. You should find everything you need there except what you decide to cook for dinner. You will find the BBQ outside if grilling is your thing.

All of the rooms are fully-furnished with extra special touches. In the master bedroom you will find a comfy queen size bed as well as in the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has its own half bath with a queen size upscale futon. There is also a 2nd shower off of this room.

You will find plenty of room to park your large trailer as well as a covered carport for your motorcycles or bicycles. It’s a quiet, out of the way little neighborhood so you shouldn’t have any worries about your bikes here. If you’d like to catch a band on the weekends or just a beer, the Iron Horse and the Boot 2 are only a short walk away. There are several restaurants only a few miles away, and the popular River Grill is less than a mile.

Just up the street a bit is our private boat launch. The sweet Tomoka River has so much to offer. You will find your own dock just steps away from your back door. It's situated on a quite little pond just off the main river with very little boat traffic.
