This beautiful home is oceanfront on Holden Beach. It was built in 1992 and has four bedrooms with three bathrooms. It has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs and all with ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the other two bedrooms each have a pair of twin beds. There is an additional living area upstairs with its own TV,VCR,DVD and comfortable seating. The house was professionally decorated with many new furnishings and mattesses. It features pickled woodwork and warm tropical colors.

The house is set up to accommodate young children with a play area with a table and chairs in one of the bedrooms. The house also has a port-a-crib and high chair. It can easily accommodate two families or several couples. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the amenties and some speciality items for family dining or entertaining. The back deck has a dining area and covered porch with rockers, it continues across the dunes to the ocean and has sitting areas along the way. There is a hot and cold shower outside for sandy feet

The amenities of the "family beach" are obvious in the summer, but did you know that Holden Beach is also a golfers' haven. Brunswick county is guickly becoming known as "North Carolinas golf coast" with 35 public courses! Located just 30 miles north is the Myrtle Beach golf and entertainment mecca. Yet the beach itself is quiet and tanquil.
