A perfect blend of Victorian and Arts and Crafts era home with a Pacific Northwest flair. Lily of the Valley is both gracious and comfortable. The home is fully restored and furnished with period pieces and lighting. Twelve foot ceilings and lovely details greet you at every turn. The parlor features a sunny bay window; the dining room is large and elegant. The rooms are perfectly designed for entertaining groups both large and intimate. Our fully equipped kitchen features a pressed tin ceiling, and hand crafted tile.
Upstairs rooms are warm and inviting with their 1918 Craftsman woodwork and harmonizing fixtures. Here is a great place to curl up with a great book, watch a movie or catch up with old friends.
The main floor "Mermaid" room and bath feature Art Nouveau mermaid candle sconces while the upstairs master suite has its own library nook. The third bedroom is cozy and charming with a birdseye view north.
Our central location to downtown, Whitman College, historic homes, parks, and a plethora of wineries makes Lily of the Valley an excellent and unique choice of lodging.
