In the very heart of London! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac (no through road) one-minute walk from Trafalgar Square - ideal for visitors who want easy access to the best of London. Major tourist sites such as Big Ben and Parliament, Number Ten Downing Street, Buckingham Palace, and Covent Garden are all within a five-minute walk. You can see the millennium wheel from the window.
As for culture, we are in the middle of the theatre district with musicals, West End, Royal Opera House, National Gallery, and the Royal Academy of Arts right on your door step. Excellent for shopping, restaurants, and night life - ten minutes from Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Soho, Regent Street, and China Town.
The flat is kept in a modern, contemporary style with a hint of tradition with a couple of chandeliers to give it the English charm. We welcome singles, couples, families, and groups for both short and long stays.
Located in a traditional building supposedly built for Queen Victoria's officers around the corner from the water gate she used for embarking from the Thames River, this flat is truly right in centre of the most important sights of London. Although minutes away from Trafalgar Square, the flat is in a small street with virtually no traffic, allowing guests to relax and unwind after experiencing the buzz of London. Two underground stations (Charring Cross and Embankment) nearby give very easy access to The British Museum, Saint Paul's Cathedral and The Tower of London, etc. Excellent transport links to all major airports. Ten-minute walk from Waterloo and Eurostar trains. Nearest tube station is Charring cross.

We spent seven days in London during Sept. and found this flat to be perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen including washer/dryer and dishwasher. Great location on a quiet street but very close to the Embankment and Trafalgar Square and the Tube. We were able to walk easily to the "Eye", Covent Garden area, National Gallery and Portrait Gallery and along both banks of the Thames. The bedroom and storage are good. There's lots of light. The fold out sleeping accomodations in the living room are pretty limited and it's hard to imagine more than two or three people being comfortable in this apt. There is an elevator but it wasn't working while we were there and this should probably be considered a four storey walk-up. We had no problems with it. The owner was very accomodating.

Five of us, my daughter, her 3 teenage children and myself had a delightful and very busy stay in this apartment in January 2011. This apartment was such a 'find' fitting the description on the web as well as being a pleasure to walk into. The location is just perfect and within walking distances of so many attractions, and very close to a supermarket. When venturing further afield we used taxis as the 5 of us could fit in one taxi and the fare was always under 5pounds. Harumi answered all my queries by return email and we had the pleasure of meeting her during our stay. Clare (Sydney) Alison, Olivia, Amy and Ben (Perth) Australia

Our family of 3 stayed in apt. 11 in March 2010. We were thrilled to be in such a perfect location, convenient to 2 tube stops and a quick walk to the Thames and the London Eye and other attractions. The apartment was just right for us, not fancy, but clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the lift only worked for 2 of our 7 day stay so we had to climb to the 4th floor, not a problem for us, but might have been for anyone with a disability. Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Apartment 9, Trafalgar Square from Nov 13 to Nov 29 recently. The location was superb as it was walking distance to all the tourist places. In addition, Tesco was just 5 mins walk and the Charing Cross station was just 2 mins walk. The apartment was well furnished. We made the right choice. The only problem was that the elevator was not working. Thus, we had a hard time carrying all our bags to Level 3. I would recommend this apartment to others.

My wife and I enjoyed our two-week stay in apartment #9. It was exactly as described; Princy responded quickly and effectively to a couple of minor matters. The apartment is totally quiet. We walked and walked for we had so little need for the tube or bus.

We arrived to find a unique flat. It looked just like the photos. The elevator liked to play games but that was a pleasant challenge. The location was perfect. Close to the Tube, the Strand, the theater district, and the Thames. We had a great time there. Lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Walk two blocks to the Thames to pick up the double decker sight seeing bus. I would stay there again. Enjoy your stay.
