Only 225 yards from beach. Even closer to two pools, two brand new tennis courts, nature, bike, and fitness trails, a basketball hoop, and a secluded lake with picnic area. We also supply complimentary beach equipment, adult bikes, and a reading/video library.
If condos were restaurants, Inspired by Nature at Cassine Gardens would be that quaint favorite place you would only tell best friends about because you wouldn’t want crowds to follow.
Two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and everything else downstairs; all the basics are covered including several TVs, DVD/VCR/CD player, a sound system, washer and dryer, etc. That’s nice, but you also have the niceties of: adult bicycles, beach chairs, a video and reading library, and fun mosaic art everywhere.
Enter the front door under a magnificent magnolia. You can walk through to the back porch or climb stairs to either of the second story balconies if you’re ready to sit and enjoy the nature sanctuary. You can almost touch the trees within the cypress grove as they whisper more quietly than pines.
Ferns and grapevine almost hide the tiny footbridge, which is part of the nature and fitness trails winding through the established community. Less than a block behind #128 is one of two community pools, and tennis courts.
Nearby, hidden within the cypress groves, is a beautiful stocked lake and several secluded picnic areas. If you’re more the beach type, head out the front door. A nearby narrow path takes you directly across the road to the bright sands and shimmering waters of the Gulf.
The kitchen has clean fresh surfaces and is fully-equipped. The living area and bedrooms are comfy and colorful with tasteful artistic décor throughout. The furniture is funky and casual chic including whitewashed cabinets and tables, overstuffed chairs, sofas, and comforters. Big blue rugs warm up the tile floors.
At Cassine Gardens #128 it’s hard to know if it’s the unique area, quick access to the Gulf, the numerous outdoor activities, or the most unusual creative mix of décor within. You may not be able to put your finger on the answer, but anybody with a speck of fun in them will enjoy trying when they stay at Inspired by Nature in Cassine Gardens.

The condo name said it all - Inspired By Nature! It was clean, peaceful, spacious & had everything we needed for a successful family vacation! This was our first time visiting the south walton area which was conveniently located just a short drive to Destin. The condo was a short walk to the beautiful white sands beach, and the water was so clean and clear, it didnt even look real! There were lots of great little shops and restaurants near by and not at all overcrowded, which we LOVED! We loved this area so much, we plan to be married there next year! Making reservations was simple and both the owner and property manager were more than helpful and attentive! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home! :-)Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Clean and comfortable place a short walk to the beach! Upon arrival, the owner and property manager were quick to address a missing bike issue. We loved riding bikes into Seaside and Grayton state park. We also loved walking around the trails on the property too! A very cool place!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family had a wonderful stay at your home. The house was very clean, and unexpectedly spacious. I loved the outdoor laundry, which made it easy to keep the sand from our visits to the beach outside. I liked the wooded and quiet location of the property within the development. The grounds of the neighborhood were very fun for our children to explore. They especially liked the path through the "swamp" and catching tadpoles at the pond. It was an easy walk to the beach, especially when using the beach cart you provided. We enjoyed biking to nearby Seaside using the bikes that came with the house. I would recommend this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have enjoyed a very pleasant stay at" touched by nature townhouse". The townhouse is much roomier that we expected with easy access to the parklike environs.We have enjoyed the solitude even tho' it is spring break. The beach across the road is a definite plus as is the ability to walk to little cafes nearby.A family atmosphere prevails throughout the area .The area is very prosperous,we are intriqued with the Seaside and Watercolor developments. The area is on a par with Sanibel-no ugly strip plazas. We enjoyed a day at Graydon beach,shopping at darling Barbadian style area. Quinton has been very cooperative as has the property manager,answering our concerns immediately. We feel very at home,the space is very clean,artily decorated,well equipped and we feel it to be very good value. We hope to return.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Had a GREAT visit ... the condominium was perfect for our family! When the kids were tired of the beach, they went to the pool, and when we were tired of the kids, we rode the bicycles over to Seaside for an afternoon of shopping and fun! The boardwalk through the Cyprus trees was almost enchanting! The condo was clean and we found everything we needed for our stay! Everything was as it was advertised, and the welcome packet included local information which was very helpful! We loved using the bicycles! This was a nice location close to the beach. It is between Destin and Panama City, which both have quite a bit of places to visit. Neighbors were very friendly, quiet place, and clean. Walking distance to the beach and nice clean pool area behind townhouse. Nature trails were very nice to walk through, fountain by bridge and swing under shelter by grilling area was very nice if you have a bigger gathering.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Inspired by Nature was a very comfortable condo. It was a perfect location for a relaxing family vacation. The setting is very peaceful. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and the property manager was wonderful. We had a flat tire while we were there and everyone was so kind and helpful. I couldn't have gotten it fixed in my hometown as stressfree as it was fixed there. We rode bikes into Seaside twice and the kids loved that. Frosty Bites Snowcones in Seaside is a great treat for a warm summer evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Inspired by Nature is the perfect name for this charming condo. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks overlooking the beautiful landscape. We took long walks and made so many pictures of the massive and hauntingly beautiful cypress and walking paths. > > We had such a great time and the weather could not have been better. No oil and no seaweed. My husband and I rode the bikes almost every day--something that we had not done for ages. We beached, pooled and played tennis. Not bad for retired folks! The condo exceeded our expectations. The owner thought of everything that one could need for a stress free, laid back week at the beach. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return soon. My only hesitation in writing this review is that others will find it equally inviting and that it will be too much in demand.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Thank you for visiting our website. My wife Anne and our son, Quinton, purchased Inspired by Nature in 1997. My wife and I live in South Bend, IN. Our son lives in Charlotte, NC. We have come to love Seagrove Beach and Cassine Gardens so much that we purchased a second property, a beach home in Cassine in 2005. If you are part of a large group, and need two properties, or our townhome is rented please check out our beach home on VRBO. Our home is property number 223454.
Why the Owner Chose Cassine Gardens:
We fell in love with Seagrove Beach, especially Cassine Gardens. Seagrove was laid back and intent on not becoming commercialized like Destin or Panama City. The beaches were also incredible. The sand is powdery white and the water is an incredible emerald color almost year round. That's probably why the Gulf Coast is regularly included in the Beaches of the Year awards. As for Cassine, it offered a unique beach / serene nature setting. The homes and townhomes are spread throughout a cypress grove so the area is quiet and peaceful. We knew after visiting Seagrove that we had found our second home!

Cassine offers a serene nature and beach setting. It also offers two pools, two tennis courts, nature and fitness trails and a small lake with a gazebo and grills. As for our unit, we also offer two free adult bikes so that you can enjoy the nearby bike trails and free beach equipment. On top of this, the unit is only 275 yards from the beach.
