This is a beautifully decorated unique 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Unit #101) located on the beachside of Okaloosa Island. It has been recently remodeled with new ceramic tile and carpet. It is a ground floor unit that walks right out to the pool and courtyard pool area. It is on the first floor and parking is right in front of condo. The back door opens to the pool and BBQ area, which is very convienent. This development is kid friendly and has a reputation of families always returning. It is the only development of its kind on Okaloosa Island with a grassy courtyard that surrounds a large private pool. Kids can play in the grassy palm tree area and it is easy for the parents to watch them from back porch or pool area. It has all all the amenities including Basketball and Tennis courts and shuffleboard, you and your guest will be bored!
The condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer combination and all the appliances for cooking a great meal. The master bedroom includes a new pillow top king size bed worth over $2000, includes all new bed linens. Also, the guest bedroom has a brand new queen and full pillow top beds. The sofa is a sleeper bed for additional guests to sleep on. It is the closest unit to the beach, less than a 100 yards away....

Okaloosa island is the nicest place to spend your vacation at the beach. All buildings are low-rise, meaning fewer crowds on the beach and less traffic on the roads. Walking distance to the boardwalk beachfront development, gulfarium, miniature golfing, and a par-three golf course (18 hole courses within 15 minutes). There is a water park (within 10 minutes), many nearby restaurants, and lots of shopping (much of which is within walking distance).
Venus Condos is situated on a nice wide boulevard which dead ends at the 10 miles of coastal wilderness owned by the federal government making it a great place to walk, run, or ride bikes. And if all that does not keep you busy, it is only a five to ten minute drive to Destin along the beautiful undeveloped coastal wilderness which lies to the east. Close to all of the amenities of Destin without all the traffic and crowds!
