This luxurious brand new 2,500 sq/ft penthouse villa has STUNNING ocean and mountain views. Located inside the premises of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Golf Resort & Spa. Beautifully designed Mediterranean style property with high ceilings (up to 19')and great cross ventilation located on the highest area of the Resort, which allows for breathtaking views and fresh ocean breezes.

Professionaly decorated property has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 4th bathroom for visitors is by the common areas, a family room with HDTV 40"Sony Bravia, large living, dining and kitchen areas with stereo/CD player, laundry room with washer and dryer. Balcony has small living and dining sets. The kitchen is fully equiped with brand new appliances and has a wine fridge/cooler.

Central A/C is provided for all common areas and individual A/C units for all bedrooms and family room. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds. One of them is an beautiful Indonesian king sized bed made of wood and rattan with stone inlays, this master suite has a walk in closet and living area with love seat, chair, stereo/cd player. The third bedroom has two solid wood bunk beds. Walk 30 seconds to a common pool, jacuzzi and gazebo.

4 minute drive to the beautiful beach and hotel facilities of the Westin Rio Mar Beach Golf Resort & Spa . The Resort has two beautiful 18-hole golf courses, the Greg Norman River Course and the Tom & George Fazio's 6,487-yard Ocean Course.   • We had a wonderful vacation during Easter week 2008 in Eva's condo in cluster 7 at the Rio Mar. The condo is brand new, spotlessly clean and has a breathtaking view of the ocean from the patio and of the rainforest from the back door. The owners were incredibly helpful and even picked up groceries before our arrival and helped us secure tickets to the Puerto Rican Open golf tournament. There is a small pool and guesthouse right behind the condo or you can use the family pool or adults only pool at the Westin Rio Mar. Don't be afraid to rent a car. It was an easy 30 minute drive from San Juan and there are grocery stores, Blockbuster video, Wal-Mart, K-Mart and many other stores just like home within an easy 10 minute drive of the condo. There were plenty of children to play with at the Rio Mar pools and also the condo pool and playground. Our daughter's favorite part of the trip was the daily iguana feeding at the hotel. We will definitely be returning to this condo. Thank you Eva and Aleida for a wonderful stay.

  • We spent a lovely week at the villa during President's Week. Beautiful view of the ocean; spacious and comfortable home away from home for our family (two adults and two teen aged daughters - 14 and 18 years old. The villa is a short ride to the Wyndham where villa guests are welcome to partake of the beach and hotel facilities. Eva Gonzalez was a wonderful hostess for us, personally making sure that we settled in and were provided with the comforts of home. A wonderful place to stay in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.

  • We stayed in the condo for during the end of July 2007. The property was clean and extremely well maintained. It is centrally located near some of the best beaches in Puerto Rico and the city of San Juan. Eva, the owner was very friendly and accomodating. She made sure that we had all the ammenities that were described in the web page. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Puerto Rico.

  • We stayed here in April for one week. The condo is brand new. It is on the grounds of the Westin Rio Mar Resort in Cluster #7. This is a new cluster with a beautiful view of the ocean and the resort. It is a few minute drive to the resort and a 20 minute walk. The place is gorgeous. Everything that you need to enjoy a peaceful and quiet week in Puerto Rico. The cluster has it's own pool and pool house with a grill and rest rooms so you can spend the day there or at the resort. The owners are very helpful and are available to help with any request. I highly recommend this villa. We will stay again!
