Our premier condo is adjacent to the groomed access for the SolVista Basin/Kicking Horse Lodge Ski Lift. This lift provides Ski-in/Ski-out access to our unit. From our balcony you can enjoy spectacular Rocky Mountain sunsets and views of the Solvista Ski Area and Headwaters Golf Course. This is an owner-managed unit--NOT part of the rental agencies which advertises with VRBO! We are located only 20 minutes from Winter Park and Grand Lake and 80 miles from Steamboat Springs. We are only 90 miles from Denver. This 2 bedroom unit sleeps 4-6 people. Swimming pool guest passes available for our guests.
Our unit has many custom amenities including upgraded beds, digital-cable stereo TV, VCR/DVD, Surround Sound, Bedroom TV's, Gourmet Kitchen with granite counter tops, Large dining table (seats 6-12), Jacuzzi tub in master suite, elderly/handicap friendly bathrooms, humidifier, handicap parking and NO stairs. We provide terry robes, coffee, condiments and laundry detergent for our guests. Adjacent units can be rented for larger family gatherings.
Winter: Activities include skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing and snowmobiling. The Nordic trail system takes you through pristine mountain terrain and into the quiet beauty of the Rocky
Mountain backcountry. We can provide 4 pair of snow shoes for our guests.
Spring/Summer/Fall: Fore! High altitude golfing! 4 excellent public golf courses are within 20 minutes. Headwaters Golf Course is located on-site. Five minutes away is the Craig Stadler designed course at Grand Elk. There are 27 holes at Pole Creek Golf Course (rated the number one public course in 1985) and the Grand Lake Golf Course. Gold Medal fly-fishing. Don't miss the Aspen viewing in mid-September.
Free condo pickup shuttle to Solvista Basin and Winter Park Ski Areas. Accessible by Amtrak. Perfectly located for the extreme skier and the beginning and older skier.
