It is located a minute's walk to Kuau Cove, a favorite beach for Maui residents and visitors, perfect for children, great snorkeling, swimming or relaxing while watching the world-class windsurfers on Ho'okipa Beach. Located right behind Mama's Fish House and next to historic Paia town, Kaiholo Hale was completed 2 years ago. The Orchid Suite is located within this 5 bedroom property. The house is away from the bustle of Maui's big resorts yet a short drive to the Kahului airport, shopping and all of the best North Shore beaches. You can rent the entire house or just this 700 sq ft one bedroom suite located on the 2nd level of the house. Spanish tile flooring, brand new teak furniture, granite countertops in the kitchen and in the 2 bathrooms... The bedroom has a king size bed and a full size brand new sofa sleeper in the living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub and a fully equipped and brand new kitchen. Great breakfast bar! The living room has a large TV, a DVD player and a CD stereo as well as wireless high speed internet access. The Orchid suite has a very large lanai (450 sq ft) with outdoor furniture, 2 chaise lounges and a BBQ! Washer and dryer are located outside. The bedroom and the living room have each a brand new a/c unit. Garden views only. It was great having laundry facilities and several bathrooms. It was a nice quiet area with a nice small beach close by. We had excellent customer service when we had problems with one of the bbqs and were assured that if any problems arose, to call right away and it would be attended to.
