The condo is a short walk to lifts, that is, only 1100 feet to Peak 9 and 300 feet to outdoor pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Downtown is also within walking distance.

Heated garage, gas fireplace, private entrance, washer and dryer are all included. Large master bedroom has king size bed and lots of storage. Second bedroom has bunk bed (bottom double/top twin). The loft will sleep two in a double bed and has amazing mountain views. Queen size sleeper sofa in den sleeps two more. Unit has two patios for enjoyment of woods in this gorgeous mountain setting.

  • We really enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. I can't say enough about the town during Christmas. The town was beautiful and we enjoyed the restaurants. There were so many fun restaurants - Rasta Pasta, Top of the World, Whales Tail, Breckenridge Brewery, and MiCasa. The condo was perfect. It was a short walk to the ski lift and the town. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I don't think I could have done better planning this vacation. We will definitely return!
