Cottage with spectacular views of Little Narragansett Bay, Watch Hill Rhode Island, and Fisher Island Sound. Located amid a family compound on a 25-acre private island. Automobile access to the property is via a causeway from Stonington, Connecticut.
Available for long-term long term off-season rental, September 2010 to May 2011. *MAY* be available for WEEKLY rental June 2008.
The house is principally one level, with one step down to bedroom wing.
Outdoor activities abound. The family invites you to share the natural amenities including a quaint crescent beach - perfect for small children. Enjoy scrambling along the rocky perimeter or ramble mown paths across the entire island. During spring and summer, tennis court and private dock (for swimming and fishing) are also available.
Explore the local waters and marshes by kayak. These are available for rent just two miles away.
Back on the mainland, the Borough of Stonington has several shops and restaurants of note. Mystic Seaport Museum and the Mystic Aquarium are just five miles away.
