These private ridges and valleys are way off the road but convenient to shopping, Bristol race track, and loads of outdoor options. Enjoy a small and very private mountain retreat, nestled in the secluded foothills of the Smoky Mountains, with miles of private hiking trails and beautiful views. Owned by renowned animal behaviorist and videographer Bob McGuire, this mountain hideaway offers miles of scenic hiking trails with picnic tables and double rockers situated at several places along the trails and next to a pond. Here is a 51 acre tract of land in a true wilderness setting. The 2-room rental suite is built into the lower level of our personal home, but is totally separate like a motel suite, with separate driveway, entrances, hot water tank, and heat pump. This suite and the hiking trails may be reserved for exclusive use by an individual or a group, any time of the year. This suite could be perfect for a honeymooning couple or just for a romantic getaway. Nature lovers and all outdoor enthusiasts may catch glimpses of local wildlife, if they are quiet and patient. Serenity and privacy awaits you on this beautiful property.

$125/night regular rate year round (except for races)
$650/week regular rate (except for races)
2 night minimum (3 night minimum during races)
$150 security deposit
