This newer, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is in the Waterside West Complex, which is conveniently located within walking distance of Safeway. It is situated on 2 levels with a private 1-car garage, and has comfortable new furniture throughout. Relax in the living room, where you will enjoy the incredible views of Byers Peak and the surrounding mountains.
For those of you who desire electronic entertainment, there is also a dedicated media room with a 46” hi definition TV for watching the big game after a day of playing in the rockies! High speed wireless internet is also available at no charge. Winter Park Resort is a short ride away on the free shuttle bus.
The townhome comes equipped with a king bed with private bath, a queen bed with private bath, two sets of twin bunks and 2 queen sleeper sofas. The third bath is centrally located on the main floor. A gas grill is available for your use on one of two private decks, and the unit also has its own washer and dryer. Five minutes away by shuttle or by car, you'll have access to our health club. The Club has two large outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, steam rooms, saunas, cardio equipment, weights, tennis courts, racquetball/basketball courts and more.
For all you fishermen and women, a private trout pond is located just out the back door. The Fraser River is a short distance away, as is an abundance of hiking and mountain biking trails.

Why the Owner Chose Waterside West
Awesome views of Byers peak, private fishing pond, convenient access to Safeway, shuttle to the mountain is a short walk from the back door. Private garage out of the elements. It is a place roomy enough to hold two families with kids without feeling cramped. Great family friendly mountain and town. Easy access from Denver and DIA.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Bike riding on the trails, horseback riding and sleigh rides at the YMCA, golf at Pole Creek, spa and dinner at Devil’s Thumb, Tubing at the Fraser Hill. Working-out/hot tubs at Meadowridge health club, and catching a fresh fish dinner right outside of my back door! We also enjoy the solitude and quiet times in the off-season, when life in the mountains is truly peaceful.

We’re a family of 4, living in the Denver area since 1999. Moved here from Northern California. We have two young daughters, so all they know is living in Colorado and all that it offers in outdoor life. As a family we enjoy skiing, golf, swimming, fishing and biking. We love to travel and visit new places, both in the US and around the world. Both daughters are also actively involved with competitive dance teams.

Perfect for families with kids

We were two families with a total of 5 kids. This condo was gave us room to spread out and have different activities on each floor and still all be together for meals, etc. The kitchen was very well stocked and the condo was immaculate. We loved being so close to the Safeway and the ski shuttle and tubing hill. We hope to be back soon!

This condo is luxurious, spacious and well maintained. Our family of 8 had dinner, played games and watched movies together and yet had plenty of room to spread out and have downtime separately too. We enjoyed tea on the balcony which overlooks the trout pond has a great view of the mountains. It was nice to have access to a pool and hot tub too. Becky at the management company was very helpful. There are lots of great hikes in the area without having to drive into RMNP each time. (Our favorite was Monarch Lake.) Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA offers activities for reasonable prices and a $5 day use fee per person. This condo is a great find and we look forward to returning!

Our family of 8 loved this place. It was affordable, clean, well equipped and had plenty of space for us to hang out. Having tea on the deck which overlooked the lake with a view of the mountains was great! There are several places to hike (or bike) that are lovely within a short drive though we also went to Rocky Mountain National Park. The YMCA of the Rockies has lots of activities you can do if you pay a small day use fee. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with our Youth Group during the spring break holiday and loved it. The place was very clean and spacious. The pictures don't give it full justice. We had everything we needed as well as plenty of towels and linens. We did not feel cramped even with the ten people that stayed. We were close to the Ski resort without paying ski resort price. And above all the people we worked with in the planning made everything so easy and simple... thanks a million! Highly recommended.
