This is a brand new three bedroom, two full bath luxurious condominium in an upscale gated Vista Cay Resort, next to the Orlando Convention Center and the Shingle Creek Golf Course. It is six miles to Disney, four miles to Universal Studios, two miles to Sea World, six miles to Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, five miles to Mall of Millennia, three miles to Belz Designer Outlet, ten minutes from Orlando International Airport, three miles to Wet and Wild, one mile to Muvico 21 Movie Theater, four miles to City Walk. This executive condominium is located on Universal Boulevard, close to all the action on International Drive/I Drive.

The interior of the condominium is designed, decorated, and luxuriously furnished by a professional interior designer for both the business traveler and the family vacation. One king bed, two queen beds. The master suite has its own private bath. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Every room has a cable TV and a DVD player. In addition, meeting rooms, a business center and multi-media equipment are available in the resort clubhouse. Our condominium is an end unit; it is quieter and has more windows than other non-end unit.

  • My husband and our two children (ages 13 and 7-1/2) just finished staying at the condo for nine nights during our spring break. We enjoyed the condo. It was very comfortable and clean. They have plenty of towels/washcloths provided in each room. They also provide pool towels as well. Henry was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the condo. It was very convenient in reaching the freeways and all of the Disney/Universal or Sea World Attractions. The only thing you should be aware of is that you'll need to provide some of the basic essentials if you're staying there for as long as we did. You'll need dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid for dishes, paper towels, and extra toilet paper, and kleenex. They had small bars of soap in the bathrooms, but that was all. I'm hoping that the cleaning people left the products I bought for the condo for the next renter (I also bought laundry detergent for the washer). All in all, we were very happy with our stay. The concierge (Donna) at the Club House was very helpful in getting tickets/directions, etc.

  • We were a little concerned about renting a condo off the internet but decided that the price was worth the chance. The condo was clean, beautiful and we could not of picked something that was more centerally located.The condo is within 2-4 miles of all the major Orlando attractions, but still enough off the beaten path that it is very relaxing and quite. There is a brand new Publix within walking distance to stock everything you may need for the week. As stated everything was what the ad said if not better. We would stay there again if visiting the Orlando area.

  • Excellent place to stay. We have vacationed in Florida many times but never were as comfortable in a hotel as this condo. Enjoyable 5 minute drives to Universal / Sea World and right next door to a Grocery store so we could stock up easily. The pool heater stopped working a few days but when it was fixed it was perfect. We will not look for another place to stay in Florida.

  • We found the condo to be very well equiped. It was the perfect place for me and my family to stay while I attended a vacation. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very easy and the management people were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Making the initial reservations was also very easy. We WILL repeat this experience next time we travel.

  • My family stay at Vista Cay Resorts was great. The location was the best, you can get to all the parks quick and easy. Our 3 bed room unit was very nice and clean. The Club House and Pool area was also nice. I plan on coming back next year with my family. A great time was had by all.
