Marco Island only has 2 main public entrances to its beautiful beach. One on the north end and one on the south end. This home is 2 blocks, or about a 6 minute walk to the South Beach entrance. No need for finding a parking space or getting your car towed on a busy beach day.
Once you get your groceries and check-in, there be no need for a car. You can walk to everything you would need for the perfect vacation (movies, ice cream, restaurants, sports bars, salons, massages, surf shops, as well as all other types of retail).
Marco Island is a natures paradise. Filled with wonderful sights sounds and smells.
The home has 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and it's own full bath. There is also a bedroom with a Queen bed, and one with 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms have an additional full bath between them. The fourth bedroom has one Twin bed and its own half bath. There is also a livingroom with a sofa and a family room with a sofa.
You can fly into Ft. Meyers (1 hour away) or Naples (35 minutes away) or Miami or Ft. Lauderdale (each about 2 hours away). You can rent a car at the airport or take a taxi from any of these airports to the island and rent a car on the island.
