Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, upgraded appliances, and fully-equipped with all the conveniences of home. Top-of-the-line cookware, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and all small appliances. Separate laundry room with new washer and dryer adjoins kitchen.
Family room has recliner, swivel rocker, comfy sofa flat-screen HDTV with digital cable and DVD/VCR. Adjoining family room is dining area with lovely glass-topped table and six comfy chairs. Breakfast bar seats an additional three people.
