A perfectly affordable, oceanside place to relax and enjoy the southern Gulf Coast of Florida. Walk to the beach, restaurants, two heated pools, tennis courts, bike paths or bay from you carefree condo or a short drive away enjoy all the attractions of Ft. Meyers and Naples. At the end of the day catch the spectacular sunset from your sixth floor ocean view porch.
OUR UNIT WAS COMPLETELY UPDATED & REFURBISHED in early January, 2009. We have a new tile floor,a new updated tiled bathroom with glass shower, a flat screen HD TV & DVD, new kitchen appliances/quartz counter/sink and ALL new designer co-ordinated furnishings & window treatments.
Our condo is a 30 minute drive from the Ft. Meyer's airport. We are on the 6th floor with a direct Gulf view with a screen porch (great for morning coffee and watching the sunset). We have a king size bed, queen size pull out sofa and a room divider. The beach is right across the street with a very nice public bath house. We have 2 pools, tennis courts and a restaurant on-site. Doc's, a popular beach side casual restaurant, is right across the street. There are sidewalks for exploring is all directions. The grocery store, shopping centers and additional restaurants are 5-10 minute drive. Naples is 30 minutes, Sanibel Island 40 minutes and Ft. Meyers 40 minutes away. There is also a rental agent on-site to handle keys, questions, etc.
This is a very comfortable condo with everything you need to enjoy all the benefits of this wonderful location. We have found this a great place to relax and enjoy the area!

We stayed in this condo last week, we were very pleased with the location and all the amenities offered in this unit. The decor is so tasteful, it is wonderfully decorated and it just feels so welcoming as soon as you first open the door to the unit. The views from the lanai of the gulf and sunsets are amazing! The description and photos of the unit on VRBO are very accurate, the bed is very comfortable and the unit was very clean and well taken care of. We are planning to rent this unit when we go to Bonita Beach in the future, we loved it that much! We have rented many units in the Beach and Tennis Club and feel we have finally found the one we want to return to. If you are looking for places to dine we have some favorites that we go to year after year, they are, Doc's (Breakfast through dinner entrees), Enzos (Italian) and The Fish House (Seafood), all are very close to the Beach and Tennis Club.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

May 15-Dec 15 .. $90/night plus 11% taxes and $135 cleaning fee. Dec 15-Jan 15 ...$125/night plus 11% taxes and $135 cleaning fee. Jan 15-Apr 16 .. $160/night plus 11% taxes and $135 cleaning fee. Apr 16-May 15 .. $125/night plus 11% taxes and $135 cleaning fee. Nightly rates are based on a 3 night minimum or 7 night minimum in season. Rentals based on Sat to Sat bookings -10% discount for 4 week rentals or more. This the maximum high season discount. High season id Jan 15 to April 15.
