Located just one mile from Coligny Plaza and with no major road to cross to get to the beach your family can relax, play a little golf, play tennis, do some shopping, or just do nothing. The screened porch is perfect for dining and the yard is completely fenced in. The cathedral ceilinged living room opens into a new kitchen,complete with granite countertops, which the whole family will love.

My family had an enjoyable stay at this house. The beach was so close which made it very easy with two children. The outdoor shower was nice for clean up when coming back from a long day in the sand. We were able to walk to Coligny and not be tired out when we got there. The only issue I would say was that it was quite warm upstairs even at night time. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay here! We enjoyed our coffee in the screened in patio every morning followed by a very short walk to the beach (I do mean short)! If you are at the beach early enough in the morning, you get the pleasure of watching the dolphins play for FREE! We had the pleasure of enjoying a slice of our "own" beach every day! No crowds to worry about. Our teenage girls loved riding bikes throught the area and having a bit of freedom with no worries. The house is very well equipped, updated and modern. The only thing I would add to this property is a pool! On the down side, it does get a tad bit warm upstairs throughout the day. Nothing that a fan didn't fix. Thanks for allowing us to share in your wonderful property!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay over the July 4, 2010 holiday was great. The house was much closer to the beach that I had anticpated. Everything was very clean and wonderfully decorated. I recomended this house to my brother who also vacations on HHI. Coligny was within walking distance. Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.
