The condo is very open & spacious, found on the front of the bldg ... 1 bedroom condo is on 4th or top floor and is in the Amalfi Coast building closest to Scenic Gulf Dr. Balcony is a wonderful spot to watch the dolphins and relax. Condo is fully furnished & equipped... Kitchen has an island & breakfast bar and is fully Equipped. ...1 bedroom has 1 bedroom with King-sized bed; with new queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room... Washer & dryer IN unit.
Resort amenities include 2 large Pools (one is heated), lighted Tennis Courts, Picnic Tables and BBQ grills all over, covered parking, and private beach access... 362' beach frontage! Beach has recently been completely refurbished!
Damage deposit $300 due within seven days of making reservation. Must be 25 or older to rent unit. For reservations, call after 5 p.m., EST, on weekdays or 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends

Why the Owner Chose Amalfi Coast Resort
Amalfi Coast Resort is perfect for us -- big enough to have 2 pools but small enough to never feel "squeezed in" at the beach or the pools. Plus the view from the balcony and the living room is wonderful!

I wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time at Amalfi Coast last week. The condo was fabulous, the weather exceptional, the beach so close and so inviting. If there is ever a reason to seek out our feedback, we would recommend your property in a heartbeat. We journeyed west to Pensacola; east to Panama City Beach, and Miramar Beach was ideal -- we felt a pleasurable relief to be coming back to the condo each night.

Just wanted to thank you for allowing us to rent your condo at the Amalfi Coast Resort. This was our third time going to Destin and we have stayed at the Amalfi all three times. But I have to say your place definitely had the best view of them all. One morning we actually saw a stingray in the ocean from the balcony then later saw 2 of them when we were down at the beach. Anyway just wanted to let you know we had a great time!!
