The townhouse condo is 3 stories tall with king beds in two bedrooms and 4 twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. The 2 story living room has a soaring timbered ceiling with forest view and comfortable furnishings. There are 2 covered decks, one over the other accessed by sliding glass doors from the living room and 2nd bedroom.
There are 3 TVs, a DVD-VCR and AM/FM Receiver.
On the living room deck there is a charcoal BBQ with starter and metal can for safe ash disposal.
There is an $100 cleaning fee for rentals of 2 or fewer nights when linen and towels not provided. These amenities are available at nominal extra charge.

Year Purchased: 1971
We are long time owners at Northhstar. Our children are grown and my wife and I are empty-nesters. Our family grew up with many ski trips and summer activities at Northstar.
Why the Owner Chose Northstar
Northstar has year round activities, great climate and has easy access to Interstate freeways.Nearby Truckee is unique and of special interest as is beautiful Lake Tahoe.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The decor features the use of custom-hand made wooden industrial "patterns". These were used originaly for steel castings of gears, wheels, levers etc. and have been adapted as wall decorations, lamps,small desk and large coffee table.

"Al, We had a fantastic weekend skiing and really enjoyed your condo! It was just RIGHT! ...The sking was great-we had fresh powder every day with Monday being the best of the three days. My teenage boys are excellent skiers and left my husband and me behind in the dust (or powder). Thanks very much, Delynne Cullen"
