The house itself consists of 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 baths. Two reception rooms and a separate dining room. The kitchen is brand new and leads onto a fully furnished conservatory which in turn leads onto a deck complete with patio furniture.

West Falmouth village is .5 miles and offers a relaxed and friendly welcome to all visitors. Falmouth village itself is but 4 miles up the road and offers a richer selection of shops, fine restaurants and bars and award winning book stores.
