This brand new executive 2-story villa has 4 Bed/3.5 Bath/2 Master-ensuites with oversized (30' X 15') pool, BBQ, High-speed internet, and a gameroom, conveniently located in Sandy Ridge near Reunion Resort, off CR 532, and I-4, just 10 minutes (1 exit on I-4) to the main gate of Disney World.
This 1,800 square feet villa is very roomy and bright. It is luxuriously furnished and beautifully decorated by the professional interior designer. The villa has two master en-suites with its own large private bathroom, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps 2 to 10 people.
The south facing swimming pool not only brings in the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long, it also provide the great privacy because it backs to woods with no houses in behind. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful separated dining and a breakfast nook. Phones, Cable TVs, a DVD, VCR, Gamecube? are in the family room. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent are provided for your convenience. High chair, crib, and stroller are available.
