Luxury and comfort await you in our 2.5 bedroom, 2 bath Aloha Contemporary Suite at Wailea Beach Villas (WBV). Our gorgeous garden view vacation residence is spacious, with almost 2,300 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space. Enjoy island living in our large living room, gourmet kitchen, formal (or informal) dining for up to fourteen, lanai dining with Viking gas grille, formal entry hall, and fully-equipped laundry room. Highlights of this suite are the beautiful and comfortable palm wood, tamarind, and Italian leather furniture; plus travertine and marble throughout, bedroom black-out curtains, and 9-foot ceilings with fans.
Enjoy movies or sports in hi-definition on our 52-inch plasma television with Bose stereo system. In addition, each bedroom has its own flat-screen television and DVD player. Previous guests have loved our art collection: from hand-painted Nepalese Thangkas to spectacular Avi Kiriaty island art; original negative Ansel Adams prints to fun signed original Broadway show posters; plus beautiful Jennifer Markes and Kim McDonald paintings.
A short stroll from your suite will take you past cascading waterfalls, ponds, and tropical flowers to award-winning Wailea Beach. It is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, diving, whale watching, and sunbathing. Don’t miss the breath-taking sunsets. Beach attendants await with towels and fresh water at both the Family Pool and the serene Adult Infinity Pool (each with Jacuzzi); or, if you prefer, beach attendants will set up your personal chaise and umbrella. Daily maid service is available to keep you pampered. A personal concierge can assist you with your vacation—and can arrange for almost anything, from a surfing lesson or hike to a fully stocked fridge prior to your arrival complete with private chef.

South Maui is the best of the best. Having visited for over 30 years, we know the area very well. We felt fortunate to be able to find a home at Wailea Beach Villas. We watched the building going up and knew what a special location it was, and were finally able to realize our dream.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love to walk along the beach from in front our our property turning left to Polo Beach or right to Keawakapu Beach. The snorkeling within minutes of our "front door" is amazing. One bonus is there are many great places to eat within walking distance. And, we love the feeling of luxury and the amazingly friendly staff. They always greet us with, "Aloha, and welcome home."

Hi, we're Skye and Jane. We live in Portland, Oregon. We made our first visit to Maui in 1980. Our daughters, Cory and Ciel, learned to swim on the South Maui beaches. We love to travel, and have visited Alaska, the Baltic, and Europe. But, our favorite place is Wailea. We love our Maui home, and look forward to sharing it with you.

My husband and I had a romantic vacation in PH102 -- along with my 8-month-old ... and my parents! The key is the spaciousness -- we were not tripping over each other, nor getting annoyed with each other's stuff. There is lots of room and storage spots everywhere. It was extremely convenient to have my parents (babysitters!) in the same penthouse so we could all take turns with the baby and not have to move stuff between different units. The location of Wailea Beach Villas makes it worth the cost. They are on the beach and next to casual eateries in the Shops at Wailea and fine dining at the hotels. Loved that we didn't have to pile in the car to eat, shop or beach. Also, this suite was spotless. I didn't expect that level of cleanliness from a rental, but was pleasantly surprised. There wasn't any dust, lint or dirt anywhere -- the bathroom drawers seemed unused. The kitchen utensils, glasses, etc. seemed almost new. We were there in January/February, which I thought was around high season, but WBV was not crowded. I guess some owners don't always rent out their units? The pools never had more than a few other people; and we always got a "front row" beach umbrella without a wait, no matter the time of day. Now that we're parents and have said goodbye to quiet couple vacations, we are thrilled and relieved that this type of accommodation exists for family trips.

I have been to the Hawaiian islands many times and have stayed in many 5 star resorts, but your villa surpasses them all. We have enjoyed your gorgeous stairs along the property to the beach, the pools, and the Shops of Wailea. We have enjoyed awesome meals in your kitchen and lanai. My 2 children, my husband and I are deeply saddened to leave such paradise. But, we look forward to many returns to Maui and hopefully to stay in your villa. Mahalo from the bottom of our hearts!!!

After extensive travel in the Caribbean, we found Maui to be everything we imagined and more. From the scenery, to the restaurants, to the Aloha spirit, we loved our vacation and wish it could continue. The villa put an exclamation point on the trip--loved the furnishings and modern conveniences--Mahalo! Can't wait to return and refer friends and family (wait, maybe we want to keep it our secret retreat :)).

This penthouse was absolutely amazing! Gorgeous accomodations and staff was fabulous. The resort was so relaxed and private, at times we felt like we were the only people on the property! We had such a wonderful time that we called the airline to see if we could change our flight to add a few more nights! Unfortunately, we could not, so we spent the plane ride home planning our spring time trip back to this Unit! It was just the two of us in the Unit, but it would be comfortable with 4-6 people. The resort is family friendly but trust me, by no means is it not the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The all adult pool was so beautiful that we had to drag ourselves away to get ready for dinner at night. The beach was beautiful and the staff was running to set up an umbrella and chairs wherever and whenever you would like. The unit is within walking distance to the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea if you prefer to go out for dinner or drinks.The pictures do not do this Unit justice......we will never stay anywhere else! The beautiful location, amenities and comfort of the penthouse has surpassed many of the 5 star hotels and rentals that we have stayed in. We truly enjoyed the delightful strolls from the penthouse to the beach every morning, made some wonderful meals in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoyed the large soaking bathtubs, and fully relaxed and rested in the luxurious beds. My children loved the kid's pools and Wailea beach while my husband and I equally enjoyed the fabulous fitness center and nearby Shops at Wailea. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient and beautiful accommodation. The staff were very helpful, professional and courteous. I can truly say that this past week in Maui and staying at this rental has been the best vacation we have ever had! It has certainly been especially memorable for my children who have experienced Maui for the very first time. It has only been 2 days since returning home and my son has been pestering me every couple of hours asking, "When are we returning to Maui? Can we go back to that rental?" We look forward to many returns and are very hopeful to return again next Spring or Summer with the opportunity to stay in this amazing home again.
