The apartment is in a great location - just a few minute walk to Piazza Magiore. The apartment was very comfortable and a great size for two people. Small, yet fully stocked kitchen with all the pans and basics needed for cooking. We would definitely stay here again. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No washing machine and dryer available

We think Bologna is a charming city and are very glad that we changed our original plans; we cannot understand why it is not more well known by the foreign tourist. If I hadn't booked Collegio Di Spagna, I don't think I would have appreciated Bologna half as much as I did. The apartment is wonderful you can access any part of the city from there. I cannot wait to go back next year. Whoever rents the place out, I hope they have an experience that shall stay with them forever. Mine certainly will!

We loved our stay at Residenzia Collegia de Spagna. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and so convenient to the main piazza. It was about a half hour walk to the train station, but we love to walk and it was never a problem. Being in Bologna in the summer was ideal. Every night there was activity in the city. We were excited to be in Bologna during the University graduation time. From our central location in Bologna we were able to visit Venice, Florence, Verona, Ferrara, Ravenna, Rimini, Riccione, Modena, along with the many wonderful sights in and aroun Bologna. I would highly recommend the Residenzia Collegia di Spagna. Donatella was very kind and easy to work with. Ciao

Bologna --- fabulous apartment great location, comfortable and well appointed --- best bathroom of all apartments used --- kitchen small but capable of creating culinary masterpieces.Highly recommended

It is a nice place. The room is very clean and new. Really great. It is also near city centre so is very convenience.

This place is very nice,clean and comfortable. It is a good location to walk into the old city. Donatella is very helpfull and kind. The room in front is a bit noisy. We where very satisfied with this appartment.
