Fishing Pier bayside is only one street in opposite direction with boat launch for ocean access for Atlantic Ocean fishing.
Located toward the northern end of Brigantine, this two story duplex home (upstairs and downstairs units) is just minutes away from great shopping, restaurants, The Atlantic City and Ocean City boardwalks, "The Links" golf course, and a wide assortment of boating and swimming activities. Of course, Atlantic City's famous casino resorts are right next door ... less than 2 miles to The Borgata and Harrah's, to be exact! Like to shop? You'll love the new shopping options in Atlantic City known as "The Quarter" and "The Pier."
There's plenty of room for family and friends. Three bedrooms the master has a queen-sized bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has a full size bed and bunk beds. One full bath in master bedroom with stall shower and another full bath in hallway with tub and shower. Fully equipped kitchen with new stove/oven, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils to satisfy the gourmet cook. There is a front porch for relaxing. Our second floor unit has a deck. Central air,full-sized washer & dryer, and much more. Off street parking for two cars each unit. Plus plenty of on street parking. Visit the world renowned Ocean City Boardwalk just a short drive away, and the Cape May Zoo. Like baseball?? the Atlantic City Surf Minor League baseball team is 10 minutes away.
