Two story beach villa inside gated complex at the best location in Dorado del Mar - "Villas de Playa 1" and sharing the site with the Embassy Suites Hotel & Golf Course. The town center, shopping mall (w/movies), jogging-field, Ent.& golf courses at Hyatt, diversity of restaurants & fast-foods, etc. are all walking distance. Our residents, guests and villa surroundings are protected by private 24/7 security guard service. Private access to sandy beaches on both corners of the complex, very few steps from the villa.

Villa's configuration is effectively laid-out with kitchen, dining & living room, a full bathroom, roofed porch, and covered terrace in the first floor. A/C bedrooms with king bed and Cable TV in master, 3 twin beds in second large room and one twin bed in small but cozy third bedroom. Full bathroom and 2 balconies with spectacular ocean view from second floor. Well kept grounds, children & adult pools and kids playground. - More photos available on request.

We provide complimentary soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and dish detergent. Washer and dryer available for guests. Wireless internet access.

  • Hi Jose and Lilly!!! We just wanted to say a HUGE Thank you for allowing us..party of five..to stay at your villa just a couple of weeks ago. (October 2009) This villa EXCEEDED our expectations..and it's even better in person!! Being able to hear the waves outside is even more of a plus! Your villa was so comfortable for all of us. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable as well! You all made us feel at home from the time we arrived until the time we left. We will definately consider you again on our next trip to Puerto Rico!! THANK YOU very much for all of your hospitality!!   • My sister and I, and our children ages 11-18, stayed at the Monserrate family's villa in August of 2009. We all enjoyed the ocean view and easy and secure access to the beach. It was very relaxing to sit on the porch in the evenings and listen to the waves roll in. The owners were friendly and easy to reach when we had questions. We would recommend this villa to others who are looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay. Thank you, Monserrate family, for sharing your home with us.

  • I was in this beautiful house with my husband,my son and his girlfriend for 9 days. Our holiday was wonderful! The site is the better we could dream; it's peaceful, the sea is behind house,a lot of beaches and interesting towns in the sorrounding. We are Italian people, and our English is simple and sometimes wrong, but the owner were very friendly with our family!!!! Thanks for all! We hope to meet you in Italy soon!   • We are a family of five (2 adults and 3 teens), and can tell you that our stay at the Villa was wonderfull even the teens had a great time. The beach is really clean and safe, there is also something going on in the sorounding towns all the time. Everything was close and convenient. The only regret is that we could not stay longer.   • Simply said “The perfect vacation”… We stayed at this property from 10 to 28 May 2009. The timing was right for location, weather, service, and value. The owners made sure we were comfortable and our needs were taken care of. We are a family of four and everyday was an adventure/discovery day either around the villa or at the beach (the kids had exposure to all kind of things to include: hermit crabs, birds, tropical fish, iguanas, geese—definitely a great learning experience). We loved being able to get up every morning and see the beachfront right from our bedroom. If the kids were not in the mood for the beach that day, the pool was always there and they also liked it a lot. Nights were very charming and pleasant with the unique combination of the “Coqui” and sea waves’ background noise. Accommodations were fabulous and spacious; in addition to the four of us, we also invited my mother to spend the getaway with us and we all were comfortable. The villa and common areas were well kept and security guards were seeing patrolling around the clock. Beyond any doubt, we’ll do it again.   • We want to comment on our recent stay at the villa in Dorado. We are 3 adults who were very pleased with our accommodations. Initially, the owners were very helpful with details on our upcoming visit, then greeted us upon arrival and gave us a thorough walk-through of the villa and the accompanying property. They further followed up during our stay (by phone) to be sure we were doing okay and to answer any questions we had. The villa is very well described in the vrbo website and the pictures are accurate. We had all the comforts we desired and were pleased with the comfort, size and views of the bedrooms we used. We especially enjoyed the lanai overlooking the water and had all of our in-house meals there. We also felt very secure with the property and were very happy with the location and its proximity to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. We would happily return to this property again.   • We stayed at the villa for about 6 days. The villa was very nice and the hosts were really great. We enjoyed sitting and watching the ocean every morning and going to sleep with the ocean waves. The area is very neat and clean and we couldn't have asked for anything better. You will really enjoy staying here.

They wrote and we quote:"My family and I wanted to give you the greatest thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. We had the best time and would definitely stay again. The sound of the waves in the back were divine.   • We were a group of 7 including 3 kids for a week. Very safe, secure and convenient. Kids enjoyed the playground and corner beaches. The owners are very nice, courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to help us settle down on the first day. Highly recommended !
