This is a newly renovated private home with a heated pool in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from a private beach. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with new furniture and French doors. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house easily accommodates eight people with a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a private entrance off the master bedroom.

This house is a 5 minute walk to a private deeded beach in the Golden Beach district with a gazebo and grills. You can catch the beautiful sunset and then walk to Sharky's Seafood Restaurant located on the Venice Pier which is popular for fishing. The dog beach, Brohard Paw Park is a short walk from Sharky's.

This beach rental is close to the Florida Public golf course and it is about 16 blocks from downtown Venice where there are public tennis courts. Downtown historic Venice was built entirely in the Renaissance-style of the famous Italian city for which it was named. The city was designed to be walkable and easily accessible. The downtown consists of independently owned shops, boutiques, restaurants, and hotels. The Venice Cultural Center offers concerts, plays, and lectures.
