  • Just returned home from our stay at the Rubicon in Big Bear Lake. Upon arrival, the place was very clean and full of all the ammenities that we needed. The kids loved all the movies, games and especially the game table (foozball was their favorite). The hike through the forest in the back yard was a highlight as well. With 4 adults and 4 kids the house was more that enough room for all of us comfortably. Charlotte made the rental and check in/out process very simple and easy and promptly answered any questions that came up. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and look forward to returning again someday soon.

  • We had such a amazing experience using the cabin for a family reunion. My kids thought this was the greatest place on earth! We hiked, boated and played games in the cabin. There was enough room for all of us and the kitchen set up was great. We would travel the 13 hours again, it was definitely worth it!

  • We had an amazing time and will go back very soon. The fireplace, the games, comfortable beds, large TV and library of movies, made it such a comfortable and easy retreat for our family. The kitchen was full stocked and was perfect for our Thanks Giving feast. It was minutes from the downtown but fealt like it was miles away from everything. Just a beautiful cabin which exceeded all our expectations.

  • We just got back from the cabin and we couldn't have had a better time. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The instructions provided and in the cabin provided everything we needed to know. The location is great with quick access to the lake, and great hiking right from the back yard. Great setup if you have kids too. The owners were more than accomodating and very pleasant. We are going back again next weekend!
