All the comforts of home await you in our cozy two bedroom condo nestled in the Elkhorn valley. You'll find easy ground floor access and plenty of space for all the family. Whether sitting out on the expanded deck in the summer or cozying up to the gas fireplace in the winter, you're sure to feel comfortable here. This home sits quietly in the upper Ranch complex where the only sound is that of the trickling creek.
The condo has two large bedrooms that will easily accommodate a family of six or two couples each with your own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make your stay easy and casual. All of Elkhorn's amenities are available to you when staying here such as 3 swimming pools, golf course, tennis, hot tub and club house with gym and games for the kids. The free 'Kart' bus stops just outside The Ranch complex and can take you into Ketchum or to the base of the ski lifts.

Why the Owner Chose Elkhorn Village
We had been visiting Sun Valley for a number of years and although we looked at other places, there's nothing that beats the "feel" of Sun Valley. It's like going home every time and the people are so friendly. The list of things to do in Sun Valley are endless both in winter and summer. We ski, skate, hike, bike, swim, run, horseback ride, raft, eat out, take in an ice show and one of my favorites...take a picnic to the outdoor summer symphony...aaahh bliss!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love the ground floor ease of our condo. No stairs to deal with and everyone is on the same level. I especially love a glass of wine on our sunny expanded deck and the peacefulness of our location.

My family and I spent four nights at Karen's condo and had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The clubhouse and pool kept the kids entertained for hours and the bike paths are right out the door. The owner was a joy to work with and was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this condo in Sun Valley.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I stayed at this condo with several family members. This owner was terrific to deal with and very reliable/professional. The condo was exactly as it was represented, nice accomodations, in a great location, and we liked that the Ranch had its own nice pool and hottub. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for accomodations for 5 people, on a single story, and a good location!

We were thrilled with the condo during our recent visit to Sun Valley. The condo was great--even nicer than the pictures show. We were first time Sun Valley visitors and the owner was very helpful and informative. Great location!!! We will certainly stay here again.

We have rented in Sun Valley before, but found this condo to be the best one by far. It was very well equipped and the owner was very helpful prior to our arrival answering last minute questions with prompt responses. Condo is just as pictured and very clean. Only a short drive to the River Run Lodge. We will rent again.

My family rented this condo over the Christmas holidays,and we were more than satisfied. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. The condo itself was extremely nice and homey. It was probably better stocked than any other condo we've rented (and we've rented many). We will definitely try to reserve this condo next time we are in the Sun Valley area.

First time to Sun Valley, was very happy with the location of the condo. Nice neighborhood to walk and ride bikes in, close to tennis courts and club house. Nicely equipped kitchen and linens. We visted in the summer, the location was ideal for what we wanted. Owner put much care into unit to provide a nice vacation getaway.

This was our first time renting in Sun Valley, and we could not have been more pleased with these accommodations. The condo was spotlessly clean and well located, had every modern convenience, and was every bit as comfortable and cozy as it was advertised to be. And the owner could not have been more helpful and friendly.We will definitely be back!
