Beautiful! This brand new, luxury three bedroom, three and a half bath condo is exquisitely and professionally decorated. Located on the fifth floor, it has over 800 square feet of wrap-around balcony with two terraces overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. You can see the sunrise from the south terrace and the sunset from the north terrace.
It has a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with GE appliances, stainless small wares, and bar all with granite counter tops. The domed ceiling in the foyer will lead you to the grand salon with fine furniture, an entertainment center with 42 inch plasma TV, and fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound.
The master suite has a king size bed with a private terrace overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with a private terrace overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound. Bedroom Three is off the grand salon and opens to the main balcony. Each bedroom has its own private bath and entertainment center.

just returned from a great trip.The condo was great very clean and great views of the sound and the gulf. the resort was great and has everything you need, the owners were great and the process was easy.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

great place my family and i loved the condo and resort. the pictures do not do the condo justice, the wrap around deck the views of the sound or gulf outstanding. the condo was very clean and well mantained the owners couldn t be nicer.the resort is a great family vacation.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
