This Condominium is located one block from Alii Drive which is the main oceanfront road through beautiful downtown Kailua Kona. This area is very popular because everything is so close. Beaches, great shopping, wonderful oceanview restaurants, and island activities are all accessible within a short walk of this beautiful Condominium. This areas popularity would normally cause a parking problem for those not staying directly on Alii Drive and a noise problem for those who are staying directly on Alii Drive. Our Condominium solves both problems. We are a short two minute walk from everything Kailua Kona has to offer and you can simply park at your Condominium. We are far enough away that the building is quiet and relaxing yet close enough that you can walk to everything if you choose to. All this and a wonderful ocean view. Our Condominium sleeps two comfortably with a maximum of three (two in the Queen bed and one on fold up mats) and is fully updated and fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Hawaii. One time charge of $85 for Cleaning. 11.25% Accomodation tax.
Deposit. 30% if more than 60 days prior/arrival. Balance due at 60 days
before arrival. Booking within 60 days, entire amount due at booking.
Cancellation. 60 days before rental period, 100% refund. Within 60
days - If unit can be rented credited pro rata for each day filled.
If unit cannot be rented, no refund.
We encourage you to buy travel insurance to cover cancellation costs
