Located on a quiet, friendly street and only 6 properties from the peace and tranquility of the lifeguard-protected beach, this house is still only minutes away from the action and excitement of Atlantic City! It's the best of both worlds. In addition, the property is located only a short two block walk to a park with tennis, shuffleboard, roller hockey, basketball, miniature golf and a skateboard park. So relax on the beach or enjoy some family friendly sports, all within a short walking distance of the house. Then enjoy the world-class Atlantic City nightlife only minutes away offering spectacular casinos, fabulous entertainment and sensational restaurants.
This 3-story home is equipped with an elevator to pamper you throughout the week and make your move in/out a breeze. There are bedrooms on the first and third floors while the 2nd floor is perfect for gathering, relaxing and dining. The layout is ideal for large families or for two families vacationing together.
The third floor offers a huge master suite with king bed and sitting area and a 37" LCD TV. It has a vaulted ceiling and private deck with wonderful ocean views. The master suite offers two walk in closets and a tiled master bath with jacuzzi tub, double sinks and tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom on the third floor is decorated in a "Tommy Bahama" style and has a daybed with pop up trundle which creates a king size bed or can be separated and used as two twins. It features a 20 inch LCD TV and has it's own private bath with tub/shower combination. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and custom designed California Closets to make your stay a pleasure!
The 2nd floor greets you with a huge 22' X 20" living room with gas fireplace. Relax in comfort on the new sectional sofa with four recliners and built in cup holders while you enjoy your favorite movie on the 40" Sony LCD TV with DVD player. The 2nd floor also features a large covered deck off the living room which is perfect for outdoor dining. Follow the cherry hardwood floors which are throughout this floor into the state of the art kitchen featuring top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite coutertops and cherry cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware as well as a blender, toaster and food processor. The dining room features a wet bar and a large dining table with comfortable seating for 8-10. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also on the 2nd floor.
The first floor offers a junior suite with queen bed and large custom closet. There is a wall-mounted flat screen tv and the hall bath has a tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom on the first floor is quite large and is decorated in a nautical style. It features two twin "boat beds." One of the beds has a pull out trundle (twin) while the other has a storage trundle. There is also a wall-mounted flat screen tv. This room also has a couch which opens into a twin sleeper so the room can comfortably sleep 4.
There is a 1 car garage with keyless access as well as 2 off-street parking spaces. There is also an outdoor shower and beach tags are provided.

*No "Senior Week" or "Prom Week/Weekend" or "Bachelor Party" Availability.

*No pets or smoking are allowed for the benefit of all our tenants.

Why the Owner Chose Brigantine
We chose to purchase this beach home because of it's terrific amenities and how close it is to the beach. Our house is in beach block and only 6 properties from the beach. We looked at many homes before purchasing this one and what kept pulling us back to this one were all the upgraded finishs throughout the house and it even had an elevator! We loved the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and all the beautiful tilework. The layout is great with two bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor and all the living space on the 2nd floor. This gives everyone their privacy while being able to gather together on the 2nd floor.
We just love Brigantine because of it's amazing location. Brigantine is a small, quiet community located right across the bridge from one of the biggest enterainment mecca's in the US -- Atlantic City!! It's the best of both worlds all in one place! You can have a quiet beach retreat with your family in Brigantine while having the best casino's, restaurants and entertainment only minutes away!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Since our house is in beach block, we love the short walk to the beach and we love how wide and expansive the beach is at the south end of the island. The water is gorgeous and we love the Atlantic City skyline off in the distance. Our children can run and play in the sand behind us(and even play baseball and volleyball) and we can relax by the water. We also love that there is a lifeguard right on our street - 43rd St. Does it get any better?!
Our house is also perfectly situated because the ocean is on one side of our house and just across the street in the other direction is the Brigantine's largest park. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and football fields, miniature golf and even a skateboard park! The kids and adults have everything they are looking for! Brigantine also has it's own golf course only minutes away from our house.
Our family also loves taking bike rides and Brigantine has wonderful bikes lanes on their roads making it easy and safe.
My family loves to barbeque on our stainless steel grill and my children love to walk up to Aunt B's for ice-cream in the evenings or go to Shark Park.
Our home is the perfect location for those who enjoy the excitement of Atlantic City's casino's and all the restaurants, shows, nightlife and spas they offer. We are literally under 5 minutes from the Borgata, Harrah's and Trump Marina and all that Atlantic City has to offer.

We're Brian and Andrea Holtzinger and we live in Blue Bell, PA which about 80 miles from Brigantine. We have three children and they all love the beach. After renting a beach home for many years, we were blessed to be able to purchase this brand new beach home in 2006. Our home is very special to us; it's our retreat from our normal busy and hectic lives. We enjoy the house ourselves much of the summer, but we do rent it periodically when we can't be there. Everyone who rents our home is amazed at how beautifully decorated and comfortable our home is. It is truly a "home" and not a typical "rental house."

I thoroughly enjoyed the house! It was extremely clean and a quick ride away to Harrah's and the Borgota. Brian was soooo awesome to work with (he had to be patient dealing with me and a friend of mine). I would recommend the house to anyone (there were 7 of us), and I also thought the pictures on the internet did not do the house justice. I also loved how Brian left menusif we wanted to order takeout, had sufficient dishes/movies, etc., and provided instructions/details on accessing the house. I also appreciated how accomodating Brian was given that we booked semi-last minute.

I was happy to see the condo was exactly as it was pictured online. The home is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We loved the layout of the unit. It was very accommodating for a large family. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable setting. We would clearly visit here again.

Our week long stay at this immaculate beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. The owner, Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with and made checking in and out of the unit a breeze. The location was perfect with a short walk to the "Pristine Brigantine Beach", easy access to local shops and less than a 10 minute drive to Atlantic City! The decor of the unit is impeccable, not only tasteful in design but functional as well. My wife has already informed me that our next visit to Brigantine will be planned around the availabilty of this incredible home!

We have been renting in Brigantine for 4-years now and this past year has been the best experience yet. (Although we have enjoyed our other years on this wonderful island as well) We are gifted with two young children and have our parents accompany us as well. We had plenty of room for our family and room for guests as well. We found the house very well appointed, in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. The elevator made quite a difference with our parent’s legs too. I would recommend this house to anyone interested in vacationing in luxury close to the beach.

I rented this beautiful house for a weekend with a group of girlfriends. We had a wonderful experience with Brian from the first inquiry to the security deposit check just days after being home. The house is amazing and we loved every minute of it. Very comfortable furnishings and ameneties. Property was clean and included everything listed. The owner Brian is very professional and very helpful. He provides his cell phone number so you can reach him with any questions or concerns. We cooked all weekend so cannot recommend any restaurants but the Comedy Stop at the Trop was excellent! Brigantine cab service was great getting to and from Atlantic City. Highly recommend this home!!!

This Brigantine home is a true jewel at the Jersey Shore!!! By far the most beautifully decorated beach home I've ever had the opportunity to rent. Not an inch of this exquisite home felt like a rental. Having rented beach homes for over 35 years, I can say without hesitation, that this is by far the most beautiful. Truly! - the owner didn't skip a beat. The kitchen is a cooks dream stocked with anything and everything that you could possible need... including a food processor. The only thing wrong with our stay was that it simply wasn't long enough. Brian is always just a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns. A renters dream!!! ps: no need to lug you bags up 3 fights of stairs...this home has a elevator!!!! It don't won't quit with cool!!

This is a great rental home. We loved how the bedrooms are on the first and third levels---living room, kitchen and dining room on the second. The bedrooms are private and quiet, very comfortable accommodations. The home is well maintained, tastefully decorated. We found it easy to be comfortable there. Brian was great to work with, very reliable and efficient. We would definitely rent again or recommend.

What a wonderful week we had in this lovely Brigantine home. There were 7 of us, including 3 little boys under the age of 5, and we found the layout and size of the house to be most comfortable. The house was well maintained, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and the household amenities more than sufficient. Having had several knee replacements, one of my favorites was the elevator! The community is delightful, close to restaurants, pharmacies, food markets and cha-ching, the slots in AC. Walks on the nearby beach were fun - even in December - as was the large park for our boys! Brian, the homeowner, was most friendly and accommodating, and communications were excellent prior to and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone... It truly was a Perfect Home-Away-from-Home!!
