This house is beautiful- It is decorated to perfection and really homey. You feel comfortable from the time you walk in. The Owner is great to work with, he is friend, fast at replys and sends you details for your stay. You can tell they put in the extra effort for their guests. Great price for what you get and it was just a short cab ride into AC. The house is maintained in excellent shape and you can expect a smooth rental process. I would suggest this house to anyone visiting the area!!!

Me and a few friends and family decided to have a guys weekend trip to AC for some golf and casinos. Instead of staying at the hotels we decided to stick together and get a house and I must say this house was amazing. We were only a few minutes from Borgata, about a 5 minute drive which made it easy for us to travel back and forth. The house had more than enough space for 12 guys and was very clean when we arrived. Fresh linens, blankets and towels were also provided. Brian was very nice to work with and accommodating. I will return for future trips.

This home was more than anything we expected. It was brightly lit, comfortable, homey, and very spacious. The owner was very accommodating and willing to discuss rates and times. It is right on the beach and both the sunset and sunrise offered spectacular views! The beds and even the couches were very comfy. I would recommend it to anyone anytime.

We just returned from a short 1 night stay in this awesome house and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the beginning when I planned the getaway, Brian called me back right away and worked with me securing the house. I e-mailed about 10 other properties and he was the most responsive of all. The house was just great. The kitchen is fully loaded. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a lot of room. The elevator is really cool. And it was so close to the Borgata. Even late at night, cabs are only about $5/pp. An excellent location! I can't wait to plan our next trip down to Brigantine and stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this home . Everything was so clean and neat. The house is spectacular trust me you will not be let down. In addition Brian is very understanding, kind, and patient he truly is.

I thoroughly enjoyed the house! It was extremely clean and a quick ride away to Harrah's and the Borgota. Brian was soooo awesome to work with (he had to be patient dealing with me and a friend of mine). I would recommend the house to anyone (there were 7 of us), and I also thought the pictures on the internet did not do the house justice. I also loved how Brian left menusif we wanted to order takeout, had sufficient dishes/movies, etc., and provided instructions/details on accessing the house. I also appreciated how accomodating Brian was given that we booked semi-last minute.

I was happy to see the condo was exactly as it was pictured online. The home is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We loved the layout of the unit. It was very accommodating for a large family. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable setting. We would clearly visit here again.

Our week long stay at this immaculate beach house exceeded our expectations in every way. The owner, Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with and made checking in and out of the unit a breeze. The location was perfect with a short walk to the "Pristine Brigantine Beach", easy access to local shops and less than a 10 minute drive to Atlantic City! The decor of the unit is impeccable, not only tasteful in design but functional as well. My wife has already informed me that our next visit to Brigantine will be planned around the availabilty of this incredible home!

We have been renting in Brigantine for 4-years now and this past year has been the best experience yet. (Although we have enjoyed our other years on this wonderful island as well) We are gifted with two young children and have our parents accompany us as well. We had plenty of room for our family and room for guests as well. We found the house very well appointed, in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. The elevator made quite a difference with our parent’s legs too. I would recommend this house to anyone interested in vacationing in luxury close to the beach.

I rented this beautiful house for a weekend with a group of girlfriends. We had a wonderful experience with Brian from the first inquiry to the security deposit check just days after being home. The house is amazing and we loved every minute of it. Very comfortable furnishings and ameneties. Property was clean and included everything listed. The owner Brian is very professional and very helpful. He provides his cell phone number so you can reach him with any questions or concerns. We cooked all weekend so cannot recommend any restaurants but the Comedy Stop at the Trop was excellent! Brigantine cab service was great getting to and from Atlantic City. Highly recommend this home!!!

This is a great rental home. We loved how the bedrooms are on the first and third levels---living room, kitchen and dining room on the second. The bedrooms are private and quiet, very comfortable accommodations. The home is well maintained, tastefully decorated. We found it easy to be comfortable there. Brian was great to work with, very reliable and efficient. We would definitely rent again or recommend.

What a wonderful week we had in this lovely Brigantine home. There were 7 of us, including 3 little boys under the age of 5, and we found the layout and size of the house to be most comfortable. The house was well maintained, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and the household amenities more than sufficient. Having had several knee replacements, one of my favorites was the elevator! The community is delightful, close to restaurants, pharmacies, food markets and cha-ching, the slots in AC. Walks on the nearby beach were fun - even in December - as was the large park for our boys! Brian, the homeowner, was most friendly and accommodating, and communications were excellent prior to and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone... It truly was a Perfect Home-Away-from-Home!!

Our group absolutely loved our stay this past weekend. The pictures do not do the house justice. It has to be seen to be appreciated. The location is perfect, only steps to a beautiful beach and a short ride to shops, restaurants, casinos, etc. Brian was a pleasure to deal with and extremely accomodating. I would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a true vacation getaway at a great price. We will definitely be returning for future visits.

This Brigantine home is a true jewel at the Jersey Shore!!! By far the most beautifully decorated beach home I've ever had the opportunity to rent. Not an inch of this exquisite home felt like a rental. Having rented beach homes for over 35 years, I can say without hesitation, that this is by far the most beautiful. Truly! - the owner didn't skip a beat. The kitchen is a cooks dream stocked with anything and everything that you could possible need... including a food processor. The only thing wrong with our stay was that it simply wasn't long enough. Brian is always just a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns. A renters dream!!! ps: no need to lug you bags up 3 fights of stairs...this home has a elevator!!!! It don't won't quit with cool!!

If you are looking for a fabulous house in Brigantine look no further. This home is beautiful and kept immaculate. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It is very close to the beach and a short car ride to all of your favorite spots on the Island and to Atlantic City, Brian, the owner, made the experience even better. He was quick to respond to emails, made checking in a breeze, and really made you feel welcome in his family's home. I can assure you that you and your family/friends will LOVE this house. I cannot wait to go back!!

We stayed for 2 weeks with our family and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Beautifully furnished and clean. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and we loved Brigantine. The House was close to the beach and the beach was so big and beautiful! The house is within walking distance to the park and mini golf which was great for our kids. It was also close enough for us to walk and get icecream and dinner. Great Vacation!!!

All eleven family members loved this place! The pictures did not do it justice! It's beautiful and spacious inside. We stayed for a week and loved our location, especially. The beach was a short walk, as was the minature golf course. The elevator proved to be a big plus when we had groceries or luggage. Brian was so easy to work with and Brigantine is a fun beach resort town. My husband and I grew up there and were reminded of all the things we used to love to do. I highly recommend this home and believe you will love it, too.

Last week my family (all eleven of us) stayed at this gorgous place for a week. A comment heard several times from family members was, "The pictures didn't do this house justice!" Everyone was very impressed and loved the fact that the beach was within walking distance. My grandkids played minature golf a couple of times, too, a short block away. I highly recommend this home and location.

This is a very nice and convenient place to stay. You can walk to the beach and very homely and peaceful environment around the place. House is very clean and spacious. We were 11 people stayed for 2 nights and we all loved it. Close to Borgata and Harrah's Casinos Owner was very cooperative and flexible with check-in and check-out timings. I would strongly recommend this place to stay when you go to Atlantic City.

I am writing this review after our 3rd stay at this beautiful beach house. I must admit we are already planning a 4th stay. This house is truly amazing!!! It’s very spacious and always kept very tidy. The beach, which is in walking distance, is very clean and quiet. Working with Brian, the owner, has been a wonderful experience. He has always responded back to us right away to answer any questions or concerns. The best way to sum it up the experience to expect is you will deal with a very nice and personable owner of a breath taking beach house which is located on one of the nicest beaches along the Jersey Shore. Enjoy… we always do!!!

The homeowner was wonderful! It was easy to get to the home and the access to the home was simple. The rental is right over the bridge from the Borgata hotel. The house is in a prime location for visiting Atlantic City and relaxing after a late night of gambling. The house is beautiful. There is plenty of space for sleeping (we had about 8 adults) and the kitchen is perfect for cooking if you are tired of eating out. Another treat was the elevator. That made it easy to carry luggage upstairs. All in all, this place is a great choice for staying in Atlantic City.
