Our condominium makes a perfect vacation destination! The condo overlooks a gorgeous resort style pool, and is 2 blocks from beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Our unit offers a huge private sun veranda, and a private stairway down to the pool and common recreational complex. Our unit is tastefully decorated, yet very comfortable with a great room, and private screened lanai. The master suite is wonderful with a private bath and lanai entrance. There are two additional bedrooms with another bathroom available. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a breakfast bar is available for more casual dining. If you don't feel like cooking, there is a wide variety of local restaurants nearby to choose from!

Regatta is located on Vanderbilt Beach Road, across from the incomparable Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Vanderbilt Beach is a short walk away, and offers shelling, jet-ski rental, para-sailing, and of course, sunning, swimming, and stunning sunsets!

Whatever your lifestyle,from a family with young children, a group of friends ready for a get-away, or a couple ready to relax, our condo and the Naples community offer more than a wonderful destination. Numerous restaurants, shopping and city attractions are nearby. We think you'll feel like we do...it's a great home away from home!

  • We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation at your condo! The location right by the pool is so nice, and the sun veranda is nice and private. Naples is a beautiful place to visit as well. We will definitely be back.

  • Just wanted to thank you both for a wonderful stay at your condo...Very well decorated and maintained. We slept very well on the comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was nice and warm and it was great having the private deck to enjoy the sun. Now we are back home, still buried with lots of snow. Thanks again.

  • My husband and I rented your Naples condo last week 1/15-1/22 and I just wanted to let you know that it was perfect for our purposes - we could walk to the Ritz for meetings and dinners, had lots of room to spread out in the condo and could eat in when we wanted, the decorating was lovely, it was very quiet and it was well-equipped. Thanks for sharing your second home!
