As a contractor in the Southern California area, I bought this spacious 1500 square foot townhouse and personally remodeled the entire place in 2006, from top to bottom to enjoy with my family. Now, we are opening the opportunity for others to enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer.
This Townhouse is nestled in the center of Mammoth on Old Mammoth Road and is on the free shuttle route to travel around town or to the slopes (just minutes to high speed chair 15 at Eagle Express with new ski school). In walking distance is Vons (the main grocery store), Quiznos, Starbucks, Carl's Jr., The Chart House (fine dining), movie theatres, churches, sporting goods, and many specialty shops.

Description of Townhouse (everything is new): First of all someone told me recently that a great thing about this townhouse is you park your car at the front door and walk straight in, no going up stairs or through a hotel entrance to get to your room
Downstairs: Entry way/Master Bedroom and Bath, Bedrooms Number Two and Number Three, Bathroom and Laundry Room.
Beautiful slate floor entry leads to all the bedrooms and baths on the first floor, including a laundry room with stackable unit.
Master Bedroom: A queen-size cherry wood sleigh bed features a pillow-top mattress. Matching night stands, dresser and ceiling fan accent the room. Satellite television and individual lighting for reading in bed.
Master Bath: Double Corian sinks and Knotty Alder cabinets, faux marble surround in shower/bath combination.
Bedroom Number Two: Queen-size bed with pillow-top mattress. Large closet with floor to ceiling mirrored doors, ceiling fan and matching wall sconces
Bedroom Number Three: A rustic room furnished with a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and twin size mattress on the top bunk. Framed mirror with oil lamp looking sconces and of course, satellite TV.
Third Bathroom: Hickory Cabinets, Corian countertop and Shower/Bath combination with Faux Marble Surround complete this bath .
Upstairs: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room. One-half Bath.
Living Room: Spacious with Vaulted Ceilings and overlooking loft. Leather sofas, full entertainment system with 60" flat screen HD, surround sound, Playstation 3 with Blueray player, Wood burning pellet stove. Lighting can be dimmed. Put in a movie, turn down the lights, make some popcorn and enjoy a cozy evening.
Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances perfect for the culinary chef. Just remember to bring the food! Also includes Knotty Alder cabinets with Corian countertops and adjacent one-half bath.
Dining Room: Both the kitchen and dining room feature hand distressed American cherry hardwood flooring, the dining room seats six at formal table with matching hutch, the kitchen bar seats five. Great space to gather the family and friends. And balcony just off the dining room has gas barbecue.
There are three designated parking places at front door.
All cancellations must be in writing, email or US Postal service. Cancellations 30 days or more to arrival will be assessed a 10% administrative fee based on the total contracted rental amount. For cancellations occurring within 29 days of arrival all deposits are non-refundable. If the townhouse can be re-rented for the same time period, we will refund up to the contracted price less 10% administrative fee. No-Shows: Non-refundable.

We had a great stay at the townhouse! It is in a perfect spot in town. It is roomy and cozy especially the upstairs dining and living area. Perfect for evening relaxation after being out on the mountain. Thanks for having us and we will definitely contact you on our next trip to Mammoth!

Just as gorgeous as the pictures. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay IN. We cooked every night and was if it was our own home. When going to Mammoth I always check to see if this condo is available for our trips to Mammoth before anywhere else. Love it!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with the townhouse and its amenities. Nicely furnished and the kithchen was fully supplied with great applicances. The location was central to many of the activities of the area and easy to find. We were pleased with the cleaniness of the townhouse. There were also many games and dvd's to enjoy. We did find the whole entertainment system rather complicated to use but for us most TV remotes are beyond our abilities. On the whole, it was very comfortable and felt like home. Mammoth is a wonderful area summer or winter. Our favorite activity was the hot air balloon ride. So great. We went in early summer which is really something of an off season for Mammoth. Many of the restaurants were closed for a month or two before the summer season truly began. This was disappointing but our own fault. We couldn't get up to the Devil's postpile as there was too much snow. Also hiking at Hot Creek and around Convict Lake was really nice.

Jeff, Your place is beautiful and we had a great time. Two families with 3 toddlers and it was perfect. Loved the proximity to Vons as well as Eagle Lodge. Eagle Lodge is our favorite spot to start out in the mornings. They now have a ski school for the little ones. We'll recommend your place to friends and plan on coming back in the future. I rented this place for my birthday weekend in Mammoth and I couldn't have asked for a nicer house. The place is exactly as pictured- incredibly clean and well furnished. I came up with a group of 7 and there was more than enough space for us all. I am pretty particular about where I stay when I travel and Jeff's place lived up to all my standards. We enjoyed the modern kitchen as well as the large TV. I actually wish I had spent more time in the house! Jeff is great to work with as well. He checked in with me and made sure everything was okay. I'm so glad I found this place. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and would love to stay here again.

I was gifted a few days at Mammoth with my family for Christmas by my very generous employers and they found this on the internet. We have stayed in other properties in mammoth before and were curious how it compared. We were beyond thrilled with every aspect of this town home!!It was very comfortable for all our needs from the kitchen that was supplied with high quality cooking stuff to the extra large screen TV!!! It was very spacious for 7 people and we never felt cramped. The owners keep it in tip top shape, beautifully done!!!!

This townhouse has more amenities than any other place I have ever stayed at in Mammoth. The house is very well kept and it happens to be located near a long flight of stairs which can be made into a perfect snow slide when it's snowing outside =). If you ever need to get anything from the store the townhouse is located in walking distance from vons and rite aid. another plus! Overall, the property was very homey/comfortable, good location, and well put together. The owner Jeff is a very nice guy. Every time we called him with questions he would always be happy to answer them.

We stayed over President's Day weekend this year and had an awesome stay! The townhouse is well decorated, very clean, comfortable and well taken care of. The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals. Jeff (the owner) is very nice and responds quickly to inquiries. It's close to shopping in Mammoth Lakes and within walking distance to the shuttles. We would definitely like to stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.
