We had a great stay at the townhouse! It is in a perfect spot in town. It is roomy and cozy especially the upstairs dining and living area. Perfect for evening relaxation after being out on the mountain. Thanks for having us and we will definitely contact you on our next trip to Mammoth!

Jeff, Your place is beautiful and we had a great time. Two families with 3 toddlers and it was perfect. Loved the proximity to Vons as well as Eagle Lodge. Eagle Lodge is our favorite spot to start out in the mornings. They now have a ski school for the little ones. We'll recommend your place to friends and plan on coming back in the future. I rented this place for my birthday weekend in Mammoth and I couldn't have asked for a nicer house. The place is exactly as pictured- incredibly clean and well furnished. I came up with a group of 7 and there was more than enough space for us all. I am pretty particular about where I stay when I travel and Jeff's place lived up to all my standards. We enjoyed the modern kitchen as well as the large TV. I actually wish I had spent more time in the house! Jeff is great to work with as well. He checked in with me and made sure everything was okay. I'm so glad I found this place. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and would love to stay here again.

my friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely condo for four days and we had a wonderful time. it had all the warmth of a home. it's clear that jeff (the owner) treats it like one. very tastefully decorated. all the amenities. plenty of space for the five of us to spread our legs. we will be visiting again soon. thanks!

I was gifted a few days at Mammoth with my family for Christmas by my very generous employers and they found this on the internet. We have stayed in other properties in mammoth before and were curious how it compared. We were beyond thrilled with every aspect of this town home!!It was very comfortable for all our needs from the kitchen that was supplied with high quality cooking stuff to the extra large screen TV!!! It was very spacious for 7 people and we never felt cramped. The owners keep it in tip top shape, beautifully done!!!!

This townhouse has more amenities than any other place I have ever stayed at in Mammoth. The house is very well kept and it happens to be located near a long flight of stairs which can be made into a perfect snow slide when it's snowing outside =). If you ever need to get anything from the store the townhouse is located in walking distance from vons and rite aid. another plus! Overall, the property was very homey/comfortable, good location, and well put together. The owner Jeff is a very nice guy. Every time we called him with questions he would always be happy to answer them.

We were pleasantly surprised with the townhouse and its amenities. Nicely furnished and the kithchen was fully supplied with great applicances. The location was central to many of the activities of the area and easy to find. We were pleased with the cleaniness of the townhouse. There were also many games and dvd's to enjoy. We did find the whole entertainment system rather complicated to use but for us most TV remotes are beyond our abilities. On the whole, it was very comfortable and felt like home. Mammoth is a wonderful area summer or winter. Our favorite activity was the hot air balloon ride. So great. We went in early summer which is really something of an off season for Mammoth. Many of the restaurants were closed for a month or two before the summer season truly began. This was disappointing but our own fault. We couldn't get up to the Devil's postpile as there was too much snow. Also hiking at Hot Creek and around Convict Lake was really nice.

Just as gorgeous as the pictures. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay IN. We cooked every night and was if it was our own home. When going to Mammoth I always check to see if this condo is available for our trips to Mammoth before anywhere else. Love it!!!

This townhouse is absolutely one of the nicest places I have seen in Mammoth. Very spacious, has all the amentities one could ask for...feels like your own home. Townhouse is within walking distance to shops, resturants, and grocery store. This is a place that we will rent every time we need a place to stay in Mammoth (if available). Owner cares about your stay and was able to accomodate us in every way possible.

Great condo for our family ski vacation

We had a wonderful time at Jeff's condo for our family ski vacation. We slept six adults and an infant very comfortably and had plenty of room at the dining room table. The house is immaculate and nicely decorated...and the men loved the huge TV. Jeff is wonderful to work with and our refund was provided back to us promptly. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

We stayed over President's Day weekend this year and had an awesome stay! The townhouse is well decorated, very clean, comfortable and well taken care of. The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals. Jeff (the owner) is very nice and responds quickly to inquiries. It's close to shopping in Mammoth Lakes and within walking distance to the shuttles. We would definitely like to stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. I just retured from Mammoth after staying in Jeff's townhome for my wedding. It was perfect! We also rented the townhome next door, and with the connecting door upstairs it was the perfect set-up for us. We had 6 bedrooms, plus 2 living rooms so it didn't feel like we were all on top of eachother. Plus the layout upstairs was nice and open, and we could all talk and entertain event while cooking in the kitchen. Plus did I mention this place is beautiful! All I could say when I walked in is wow! Will definatley looking into staying here again if I get a small group to come with me. Thanks for the memories Jeff!

This was the best Christmas ever! I have three girls in college and two other young adults in our lives that accompanied us. The skiing was great! People were great! The Sierra Manor was awsome! All the ammenities we needed. Up grade kitchen utensils. Jeff even had a Christmas tree in the livingroom. This was a memory we will never forget! Life is about memories with loved ones! Thank you! We will return.

The place is amazing and by far the best place we stayed in Mammoth in terms of amenities, location, and over all feel of home. The house is well kept and modern. We enjoyed the well supplied kitchen and big screen T.V. The parking and location of the townhome is convenient. Jeff is a very helpful and wants his renters to have a great time. My wife and I shared this townhome with 2 other couples and we had a great time. The unit is clean, beautiful and well supplied. The location is very convenient. We received 5 feet of snow in the 6 days that we were there and the crew was very good at keeping the snow removed from the parking area. We would definitely love to come back.

The townhouse was very comfortable. We loved how the kitchen was stocked with excellent cooking utensils and amenities. The beds were comfortable and the interior of the unit was so well put together and beautiful. Parking was great. The unit is in a great location -- easy access to Chair 15, grocery store, etc. Thank you for making this available to us!

This home was by far the most comfortable and luxurious place we have stayed in at Mammoth. As a family traveling with 4 teenagers, we had plenty of room, which was a treat. The kids loved the amenities like the jacuzzi and the sauna, as well as the fact they could walk anywhere. We would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again. Jeff obviously put a lot of thought in to creating this awesome home, and not only does it show, but you can feel it.
