This private gated home is ocean front over looking a private blue water bay. The house has two bedrooms, but this is not all the story. There is one king bed in the master suite; one queen bed with twin bed and roll-a-way in the second room; down stairs is a pull out queen bed. Both upper bed rooms have ocean facing large sliding glass door with walk out view ledges... and yes ocean sounds!
Bamboo flooring in the lower floor with full carpet in the upper floor makes this home a vacation delight. With full ocean front glass wall, during winter whale-watch season, this is a perfect place to enjoy the sunshine while gazing over the open ocean for tail or fin flaps, breeches, and other exciting natural entertainment.
Within a few minutes drive or a comfortable four-block walk are many famous and convenient sandy swimming beaches of West Maui including Kapalua Beach, Napili Beach, Ironwoods Beach, and the "Ritz Carlton" Beach originally known as D.T. Fleming Beach Park.
Many of the charming sandy swimming beaches nearby provide some public facilities including restrooms, showers, and picnic tables. The famed Honolua Bay, a perfect surfing break and snorkeling cove is within a few minutes drive. Located very close to this home is Napili Plaza where you may pick up fully prepared barbecue meals, shop for groceries, grab an espresso, a bouquet of flowers, or browse local arts and crafts.
In other words, Maui's west side is close to everything to make your vacation one to remember.

- Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: The home sits over looking the ocean and a blue water bay. The bay is called Alaeloa Bay and can be found on some local maps. The island in the distances Molokai, which is 20 miles away. The ocean between provides great viewing of jumping whales (seasonal) and seaturtles all the time in the bay.

Monthly only! A minimum deposit of $2000 is required to hold a reservation.
Rental rates start at $9000/month and are negotiable based on season.
30 Day rentals only. All rentals have a $300 cleaning fee.
All rates are subject to applicable Hawaii State Taxes currently 4.166% plus
General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations tax at 7.25%.
All cancelled reservations are subject to a $40 cancellation fee regardless.
The full balance is due (60) sixty days prior to arrival.
All payments are non-refundable after final payment due date.
