This new, tri-level duplex is located in Tabernash, just 65 miles from Denver, ten miles from Winter Park Resort, and 30 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Our small upscale duplex community is surrounded by open space and is very quiet. From the large front deck and 400 square foot covered back deck, you can enjoy mountain views, including the ski area.
Our 2400 square foot home has two master suites and two additional bedrooms, for a total of 4 queen beds.
The main floor consists of a large, open kitchen/dining/great room area with vaulted ceiling and lots of windows to view the beautiful scenery. The dining room table seats eight comfortably. There is a gas fireplace, comfy couch, 27 inch TV, and a two chair sitting area.
The kitchen is fully-equipped and stocked with all the necessary cooking and eating supplies, including microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, as well as an island for food preparation or eating. The large covered back deck is accessed by sliding doors in the dining room and main floor master suite. The front deck is accessed through sliding doors off the great room.
Our community has a private nine acre stocked lake. The Granby to Winter Park bike path is just a quarter mile away, and leads to over 600 miles of trails within the county. Activities for every season are just outside your door, or within a short drive.
