Why the Owner Chose Mykonos Bay
We have always wanted to own a house at the beach and to have room enough to share it with our friends and family. Mykonos has many amenities which my wife and I use extensively. The close proximity to all the restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities makes it easy to enjoy. We also love how the people of San Jose del Cabo are so warm and friendly and how they have kept their town true to its authentic Spanish architecture, culture and traditions.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
For those that are early risers, the sun coming up in the Sea of Cortez is always an awesome sight. Continue your morning with a hot cup of coffee or tea on a walk down the miles of white sandy beaches will start your day off right. A short walk down the beach in the afternoon or evening to Zipper's restaurant/sports bar for a burger and a beer. My wife and like to use the well equipped gym and tennis court for exercise and recreation.
Of course nothing beats just lounging around one of the 3 pools or walking out and laying on the warm beach.
This is the mexican version of a Wal Mart. They have everything you need. Walking distance from Mykonos
This great restaurant is a short walk on the beach southwest of Mykonos. It is right on the beach and has a great menu and view of 2 different surf breaks for surfers. They also rent surfboards. Try
You can watch surfers at this break from the beach front at Mykonos.
Numerous variety of restaurants, art galleries, souvenirs shops, clothing stores, jewelry stores and most everything else you need.
This shop sells surfboards, surf style clothing, and other items related to surfing and the ocean. They also rent surfboards, give lessons and rent other types of gear like snorkeling equipment.
The airport is about 10 miles from Mykonos Bay Resort. You can take a shuttle to the condo, you can also rent cars at the airport.
Fishing fleet of "pangas" (20' fishing boats) for hire. Fishing trips usually start about 6:00 in the morning. Usually reservations are not needed but you may want to check it out beforehand.
A very unique beach that is accessible by panga's from Cabo San Lucas.

Both my wife and I are teachers. We both love the ocean and Mexico. I am an avid surfer which makes Mykonos a great place to own a condo. My wife loves to take long walks on the beach collecting beach glass and shells. We have been vacationing at Mykonos since 2000. In 2005 we made the decision to own a piece of this paradise ourselves. We try and come to Los Cabos as much as possible on our school vacation schedule to get away, relax, surf, siesta and enjoy the sun... we have never found a better place.

My husband and I just spent 8 days with another couple at the Mykonos Bay Resort. The condo was exactly as described, the location was perfect, and we loved being just steps away from the pool area. The owners, Gaylord and Jill, were very helpful with information about transportation, sightseeing, etc. and always responded promptly to our e-mails. The on-site staff were also very friendly and went out of their way to answer questions and steer us in the right direction for grocery shopping, restaurants, and bus transportation. A great place to unwind and relax!

Just got back from Cabo with my cousin and my Father, and we had a great time. This two bedroom condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Very comfortable with all the amenities. It was close and convenient to local stores, restaurants, and good surf. Loved the pools and used the BBQ by the pool to cook the fresh fish that we caught. Great times and a great place. Highly recommended and plan on going back next year, if not sooner.

My husband and I had the oppotunity of spending a week in this shagri-lah right on the gulf. The condo is well appointed with plenty of convenient ammenities. It was extremely clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. With a ground level unit, we were able to enjoy the beach views as well as dine on our private patio. There is a BBQ avail, so cooking was a breeze as well as very good. The complex is close to markets and restaurants if cooking is not your thing. I highly recommend "The Hangman" not much on glamour, but great food. I would highly recommend this condo and the property to anyone and, yes, I would return there in a heartbeat.

I stayed at this unit for 6 days and loved every minute. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. I went fishing one morning and caught Tuna and prepared it in the kitchen and ate it that night. The unit has air conditioning, which is very nice. The pools, ah, the pools. They are wonderful and refreshing. I used the gym and the tennis courts while I was there. They were very modern and helped me feel less guilty about eating and drinking so much. It's a short trip into Los Cabos or San Juan. My vacation was very relaxing and one of the best vacations I have ever been on.

I had the fortune of renting this unit during a spring break. I LOVED it. It is conveniently located between the two main cities; San Lucas & San Juan. It was so peaceful and relaxing! The unit itself was so comfortable and homey. It had all the conveniences of home. I always love to have a kitchen when traveling, and this one was perfect! The pools, yes pools as in more than one, were steps away from my sliding glass window. I would walk out to the pools and take a quick dip or, my favorite thing to do, bring my book out and relax while reading by the pools. As the sun goes down, there are lawn chairs facing the ocean. You find yourself exhaling all of your stress as you take in the beauty of the sea. I recommend this unit to everyone! I can honestly say that that trip was the most relaxing trip I have ever taken.

I have stayed in this condo numerous times. It has always been a joy. The condo is comfortable, useable, modern and safe. The facility itself is gorgeous and private. I love this condo because you can walk right out into the garden and go to the spa or pool directly. The beach is only a few steps away as well. The view is great from the back porch and the afternoon breeze is delightful. I can truly recommend this place to stay or buy...I wish I had the money to buy it! I would be there every month!!! You can't miss with Mikonos and it is very close to the airport and walking distance to San Jose Del Cabo, a great little colonial city. We love it and can't wait to go back. Eric and Susan
