This is a Historic Home built in the 1850’s with heart pine floors and Dade County walls and 10 foot ceilings. The Architectural design is referred to as an 'Eyebrow House' and this design is only located in Historic Key West. The 1419 Truman Avenue is in the most prestigious sections of Key West called 'The Meadows', which is a part of historic 'Old Town'. It is an easy walk to Duval Street where the shopping and restaurants are most abundant. Public tennis courts are directly across the street. Bikes, Scooters and Autos are ready for rent.
The Kitchen is newly remodeled. There are wall mounted plasma televisions in all bedrooms and the living room. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds.
