We had a wonderful time staying here over Thanksgiving. The three bedrooms and three baths worked purfectly for the six of us. The kitchen was large and the living area very comfortable. The views were spectacular. The location was perfect for us because we enjoyed golfing at the Troon North golf club. I would definetly recommend this property!

My wife and I stayed for 8 nights here in May, 2011 and we didn't want to leave. From the first time we walked into the home, we knew we would love it - the views are spectacular, the furnishings very upscale and the layout is wonderful for relaxing and entertaining. You can go out to the pool or the other patios from many places in the house, and the pool area is so well equipped. Chaise lounges, built-in stainless grill, dining table/chairs, air conditioner, piped in music, rafts for the pool. We had a ball leaving there every day and going a different place. We went horseback riding, rode on Tomcats in the desert, drove to Tombstone, and had the best filet mignon in the area at Pinnacle Peak Patio, just a mile from the house. We will be back!

We have rented vacation homes in France, Spain, and in many states in the US. This home was by far one of the best. It is beautifully furnished and had everything we could have asked for. It was great fun cooking in the wonderful kitchen. We loved the pool and the outdoor fireplace. A real charm of a vacation home.

We stayed here for the last two weeks in October , the Halloween Holiday season which our American cousins go for in a big way. We were very happy with the home which met and exceeded the desciption provided. In my view the exterior photograph does not really do the home justice, the master bedroom suite was particularly impressive and the living areas were very comfortable. Our two teenage sons enjoyed the large bedrooms and with their own facilities. Wi fi was very handy. Spoilt ourselves and had the pool heated, particularly enjoyable in the evening after some stunning sunsets. The local Pinncle Peak Park is very much worth a visit as is the Buffalo Chip in Carefree on Friday nights if you fancy good food, music and seeing some competitive bull riding (yeehah). The owner was very accomodating and helpful. The area felt very safe and friendly with some local walks and trails available. As you can tell we really enjoyed our vacation here and would be happy to recommend the property which represented good value for money.

Would definitely recommend this property. The photos didn't do it justice. Wonderful layout for entertaining with very large living and dining area overlooking the pool area. 3 bedrooms were separated nicely for privacy; 2 of them look out onto a separate patio area with firepit and mtn views. There is a 3rd patio area that is sunny and great for sipping coffee on cool mornings. My husband loved the small office where he could work but still be close to us in the living area. Beautiful sunsets from the living/pool area. Kitchen was a dream with lots of space, granite and high-end Viking appliances, especially the gas stove. Troon north area was nice for exercise with walking paths. We visit Scottsdale 2 or 3 times a year but this was really a very restful and fun visit.

Description of property was accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. Good facilities - pool was great! No problems with rental. Views tremendous! Very pleasant and helpful neighbors. Walk up Pinnacle Peak recommended. Great restful holiday (apart from spectacular thunder and lightning storm with quarter sized hail!)

We rented this upscale property for a week with 2 other couples and found the accommodations to be exactly as advertised. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay......... The golf was unparalleled and shopping in the local area is abundant. The view from the pool deck is, to say the very least, spectacular...especially during sunset. We particularily appreciated the owner's personal visit to ensure that everything was in order..........he made every effort to ensure that our stay at his property would be enjoyable. We look forward to a return visit soon

this villa (very well-maintained, luxurious, clean and really spacious) met all our needs. No doubt, should we return to Scottsdale one day, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again. Be aware that you need a car to travel around, to drive to a restaurant or to go for shopping. A lot of great golf courses in the nearer area.

The home met all our expectations. Quiet location, comfortable, clean and well equipped. We used it as a gateway to several golf courses in the region. Renters need a car to get around. Shopping centers and restaurants are not too far away. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is as luxurious as it looks - with well apportioned rooms , great views and excellent local amenities. We ate at many of the local restaurants Sassi , Eddie Vs (DC Ranch) and did great walks around pinnacle peak. If you want excellent cocktails try the 4 seasons. THe property has a great kitchen if you wish to stay in and a HUGE barbeque by the pool (with outdoor speakers!) with a patio heater for those cool nights. I had some great runs along the quiet roads and desert tracks. you probably already know the shopping in Scottsdale is excellent. When we went the property had no basic food staples (tea , coffee ,salt ) so bear that in mind - but to be honest we only really had breakfasts! There is an AJs very nearby.
