"Maggie's High View" is an up-to-date home with over 1700 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, plus two observation decks and garage, at an altitude of 3500 feet. This home features a bedroom, bath, family room, and deck on each of two levels, with year round panoramic views of Maggie Valley, near and distant mountains, paved year-round access, and easy drive-up access to both levels. Southwest frontage allows for beautiful mountain sunsets.

The home is half a mile from Maggie Valley Main Street for quick easy access to shops and restaurants, yet private and elevated above almost all of the neighboring homes. The town of Waynesville is only eight miles, and Asheville is 30 miles. Access to Blue Ridge Parkway is about ten miles.

Convenient activities include Cherokee Indian Reservation, Harrah's Casino 30 miles. Biltmore Estate and major shopping malls in Asheville. Visitors will also enjoy day trips to the quaint old towns of Franklin, Highlands, Silva, and Bryson City. Take a day trip on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennesee (Dollywood) are also easily accessible.

Maggie Valley is a friendly, relaxed little town where you will unwind and leave your troubles behind. Settle back, put your feet up and drink in the spectacular view. You will love Maggie, Haywood County, and our home as much as we do!
