Our family reunion at this property was a complete joy. The house is better than the pictures can tell. Clean, well-maintained. Nice location. The owners were helpful and pleasant to woirk with. The Keystone-Dillon-Breckinridge area has everything you could possibly want for vacationing -- all nearby.

In June of 2011, our extended family group of 8 stayed in this lovely home for 8 days. All communication was handled in a professional and timely manner via email, phone and U.S. mail. We arrived and found the home well cleaned and the amenities as described. In addition the owners had left us an informative packet containing pertinent information about the home and the surrounding area. The pictures do not do this home justice. This is a large home ideal for handling large groups. The kitchen is well planned out with a large functional island that seats 8. It was great for informal breakfast and lunches. At dinner time we would eat in the dining room around a large table that easily seats 10. Or, we would barbecue on the gas grill and eat on the large deck and listen to the sound of the Snake River, just 75 yards away. The kitchen area includes a small sitting area and a fireplace, ideal for those families, like ours, who tend to all hang out in the kitchen. Sleeping areas were plentiful and include a private master suite, 2 private "adult bedrooms", a kids room, a loft area and futons on the lower level. The basement was very large and easily handles entertainment of a large group. It includes a pool table, pin pong, foozball, futons, TV, card table and a wet bar. We noticed only a few minor maintenance items. Parts of the back deck are in need of a fresh coat of paint, TVs are a bit outdated and a little finicky and some of the grout in a couple of the bathrooms could use a little attention. The fact that these were the only things we noticed in this large home speaks well of the care these owners take in their property. These certainly did not distract from our enjoyment of this home. One last comment that might be helpful. There are multiple levels in this home and we found ourselves traversing the stairs frequently. We were easily able to accomodate our one elderly family member in the bedroom on the main floor but if you have several in your group who have difficulty with stairs, it might be an issue for you. Overall, we would highly recommend this home for your group of 8-14. It was a very pleasant experience.

We had a group of 12 with small children and teenagers. The house had plenty of privacy and space for everyone. The kids especially loved the gameroom. The adults loved the outdoor hot tub. The setting was beautiful and convenient to everything - a few minutes to Mountain House and Lakeside Village. The home was in excellent condition and we really liked having the combination lock so we didn't have to keep up with a key. Ellen was very responsive to questions.

wonderful gathering place! We had a great stay on the Snake River at Keystone for a Thanksgiving family gathering. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and we all had plenty of space to spread out. The dining room was spacious for all and had beautiful windows over-looking the forest and river. The hot tub on the deck was great for achy muscles. The basement is a huge game room/chill out area with a bar. There are books and toys for kids. The kitchen was great, open and had many cooking essentials. And the best part was that it was so close to the Mountain House at Keystone. We would definitely return for a large gathering. Thanks Fulkerson's!

The accommodations were excellent. My dad (80 yrs old), my two son-in-laws, nephew, and I had a great time on our ski trip. The house is about 5 min from Keystone and centrally located such that we also skied Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Beaver Creek on our four-day trip. We could buy one 4-day ski pass that was good at all four resorts. The home has all the amenities from a full kitchen, game room, hot tub, and multiple fireplaces. The owner was great to work with. It was a really nice place to stay and I am considering returning with my entire family next year.

This is a great vacation home. Spacious and very comfortable. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room. The basement is great for the kids. The location was very convenient to the slopes and Keystone and surrounding areas. We were there for the week of New Year's and plan to make it a tradition for years to come!!The owners were nice and very easy to work with. I also think this would be a great house for a vacation other times of year, not just ski season. The views were amazing and I can only imagine how great it would be in the other seasons.

We absolutely loved this property! It was comfortable and inviting. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious. Thanksgiving Dinner for 15 was no problem at all. This home is perfect for a large group. Plenty of space to spread out, yet plenty of gathering areas for family time. The location is perfect for hitting the slopes or hiking along the river. Also, convenient for a movie or outlet shopping.
