Our home is located in Hampton Lakes, on US 27 just North of I-4. It is a very peaceful environment with its own community swimming pool, tennis courts/volleyball and children's play area.
Inside, the villa has an open floor plan with high ceilings giving a light, airy spacious feel. There are two main living areas; one formal and the other a family room with TV entertainment center and there is also a formal dining area.
Our kitchen is centrally located with everything you could possibly need - dishwasher/waste disposal/microwave/full size cooker/fridge freezer/coffee makers/toasters and much more. The large washing machine and dryer is located in the utility room which leads through into the vast double garage.
The home has two master bedrooms with a king-size bed in one of them with cable TV/stereo/phone and matching furniture. This leads through to the large en-suite with two-person shower/tub.
The villa is nicely decorated throughout and stocked with everything you need! All you have to do is bring your clothes and your toothbrush!! The villa is ready for your arrival!!! The major grocery store is less than 5 miles from the villa and there you will find every item necessary to stock up on food supplies and anything else you may need during your stay!!!
Our pool measures 24 x 12 feet and is fully lit for evening swimming. The large deck area has plenty of cushioned patio chairs and loungers with a self-hanging parasol for a bit of shade!
Within a five-minute drive of Hampton Lakes is the Super Walmart, restaurants, shopping stores and the 192!
