Our home is located in Winwood Bay, on US 27 just off Ronald Reagan Parkway and North of I-4. It is a very peaceful environment with its own community swimming pool, tennis courts/volleyball and children's play area.
Inside, the layout is a very much open plan with high ceilings giving a light, airy spacious feel. There are two main living areas, one slightly more formal than the other with six seater dining room table and sofas while the other has cable TV/VCR/stereo/CD player, lots of videos, books and games.
Our kitchen is centrally located with everything you could possibly need - dishwasher/waste disposal/microwave/full size cooker/fridge freezer/coffee makers/toasters and much more. The large washing machine and drier is located in the utility room which leads through into the vast double garage.
The home has two master bedroom with a king-size bed in one of them with cable TV/stereo/phone and matching furniture. This leads through to the large en-suite with two-person shower and American tub. In here is also the large walk-in closet.
There is an additional light and airy double bedroom and two more twin bedrooms all with their own closets. The family bathroom has vanity units and shower over the bath.
Our pool measures 24 x 12 feet and is fully lit for evening swimming. The large deck area has plenty of cushioned patio chairs and loungers with a self-hanging parasol for a bit of shade!
Within a five-minute drive of Windwood Bay there is ChampionsGate which has a Publix Supermarket, various stores and restaurants, the ChampionsGate Golf Complex with two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the Omni Resort Hotel with a luxury spa and treatment center, and a good selection of restaurants.
