Why the Owner Chose Los Barriles
I would have to say the main reason for purchasing the condo was because of it's incredible location, which is right on the beach. There is also a swimming pool, rarely are there more than 3 people at any given time out by the pool.
The sunrises are to die for, if you get up that early.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Wow! Where do I begin? The snorkling right out front is like being in your own salt water aquarium, I've even seen a seahorse, imagine that! Some of the other activities I enjoy are, kayaking, kite surfing, fishing from the shore, deep sea fishing, hiking, ATV riding, horseback riding, long walks on the pristine white sand beach, collecting sea shells along the way. I've even been known to build a sand castle or 2.

I came down to Los Barriles for a vacation in 2001 and fell in love with the natural beauty of the area, so much that I decided to move here full time. To keep me busy I own and operate a Real Estate Company called Ford Properties. My specialty is helping buyers find the perfect property to suit their needs, whether it be a house, condo, lot or large parcel for development.
After moving here I decided to buy the condo that I rent out to live in, I lived there for 3 years and loved all that it has to offer.

An Amazing Vacation.........

Our stay could not have been more perfect. This location is the BEST!!! It's close to town but not where tourists are on the beach. The condo is warm and homey and Kimberly goes out of her way to make sure that you are taken care of. When they say, "Just bring your toothbrush", they LITERALLY mean it!!! There was nothing lacking at the condo. I could handle my emails, watch movies or the US news, do laundry, cook or bar-b-que or just swing in the hammock and watch the water. Of course, being on the beach AND having a swimming pool was terrific for my 8 year old daughter. Even our Chihuahua was in heaven. (After all, it IS his homeland..:-) We also loved how safe everything is. You can actually leave doors unlocked and let your kids walk around without having to worry - what a nice change that is!!! I would recommend this for anyone - families, couples or just a single getaway. Enjoy!!!

The Villa was very clean and comfortable and equiped with everything we needed, we loved having the option of either swimming in the pool or going to the beach, we were amazed at the abundance of sea life and loved it so much that we snorkled everyday...There were whales swimming by alon with Mantas jumping in schools, what a great experiece we had.

This was truelly one of the best vacations our family has had, not only was it affordable, it was in a great location, close to town and right on the beach, where we spent the majority of our time, I even caught several fish from the shore, we had them for dinner, what a treat!
