Welcome to our home-away-from-home, located just one block from Main Street of Frisco, Colorado. Frisco is a relaxed historic mining town with beautiful views and easy access to all of the activities that summit county has to offer, without the hassle of the larger ski towns.
Our condominium was built in 2005 and we have dedicated a lot of time and care to ensure that you will feel welcome and comfortable. We love relaxing on the sofa with a warm fire and hot cocoa and are sure that you will too. All rooms are beautifully designed with western charm and heated with radiant floor heating. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for any occasion.

This is truly a location to enjoy everything - minutes to ski areas, moments to Main Street. Seven world-class ski areas are within five to 30 minutes of your front door and you can take a free shuttle bus to half of them. The bus stop is half of a block from the condominium (less than a five-minute walk) and all buses allow skis, snowboards, and bicycles.

Why the Owner Chose Sun Gate
Lisa used to work as a chef in the mountain restaurants bought the condo originally as a home base. We moved to Denver for work shortly after purchasing the condo and chose to offer it for vacation rentals as we cannot enjoy it 100% of the time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo is new construction and is warm, clean and super comfy. We always feel relaxed while staying; it is the perfect retreat from work and life's responsibilities.
The kayaking creek, hiking/biking trails, ski areas and Frisco Main St are incredibly accessible and we never run out of fun things to do within walking distance.
To top it off, Frisco is a charming little town with friendly residents and easy access to all of Summit County.

Hi. Thanks for your interest in us. We purchased this condo new in 2005, as we love to ski in the Summit area and stay in the mountains as often as work permits. We love to ski, tele, hike, kayak and raft, which are all superb in this area. Chris grew up skiing at Loveland and I grew up at Keystone and A-Basin. We come from mountain-rooted families and love all that the Colorado Rockies have to offer.

Stayed for a week in between Christmas and New Years. Perfect location for people who want to hit a variety of ski mountains while visiting and still have a grocery store, restaurants, etc. a very short car ride away. The condo was also very nice, clean and new.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers.

For my hiking purposes this condo was located only a short walk away from two trailheads; Mt. Royal and 10 Mile Creek. It also is only steps from the Frisco downtown area. I've stayed at three condos in the area in the recent past. This was the best of the three and the price was great. Very Comfortable. The owner's are congenial and helpful.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
