Villages of Crystal Beach is a gated, protected community with a spectacular resort-style pool and spa area. The pool area during season with have a grill and beverage service provided. The beautiful Destin beaches are only six blocks and the world-class shopping of the Destin Commons is only two blocks. During season a private trolley service will be provided for the Villages between the beach and shopping.
This lovely, Mediterranean-style, two-story home features three bedrooms plus a bunk area and three baths. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A full-size washer and dryer is located on a main floor laundry room.
Master bedroom with a king-size bed is located on the second floor with Jacuzzi-style tub and shower. A wraparound deck is off of the master suite. Also on the second level is a bedroom with twin beds. A second full bath room is located on the second floor. Next to this bedroom is the bunk area for the children. The main level also has a queen-size bed suite and a third full bathroom. The home was professional decorated by Sandcastle Designs.
The home also features nine-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, travertine floors, and the latest in electronics including internet, cable LCD TVs in every bedroom and FREE long distance phone service for USA calls. The living room has a 42-inch DLP with surround system for your enjoyment. Private parking for two vehicles is provided at the home, with additional parking available on site.
